Yohan Bhairo Coaching

Rooted in Your Values To Rise With Purpose

About

The work is deep, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy. Let’s make it human, creative, and real.

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and leadership. It isn’t about fitting into someone else’s model of success. It’s about helping you create your own. Whether you’re navigating something personal, professional, or somewhere in between, we’ll work together to reconnect you with what matters, make sense of where you are, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, honest, and fully yours.

I work with people who want more than surface-level change. People who value creativity, challenge, and compassion, and who are willing to ask the bigger, braver questions about work, identity, leadership, and life.

My style is warm but not passive; practical but not prescriptive. I’ll meet you where you are, help you hear yourself more clearly, and support you to take meaningful action, without forcing you into a framework that doesn’t fit.
You’re likely here because you’re looking for something different.

I grew up in Kent in an Indo-Caribbean family, and my experiences have shaped how I work and how I listen. I’ve spent over 20 years working in mental health, including 15 years as a psychotherapist, learning how to hold complexity, stay present under pressure, and create spaces where people can think clearly again.

Alongside that, I’ve worked in construction, trained as a violinist, and become a parent. Experiences that have taught me a lot about identity, transition, resilience, and change beyond theory.

I stepped into coaching because I believe deeply in clarity, creativity, and alignment. In helping people, leaders, and teams stop performing roles they’ve outgrown and start building ways of working and living that actually fit.

How we might work together
Rather than offering rigid categories, my work adapts to the context you’re in.

Personal and Professional Coaching
We’ll focus on clarity, confidence, and direction - helping you reconnect with your values, trust your voice, and make decisions that feel intentional rather than reactive.

Leadership and Identity-Focused Coaching
For leaders, managers, and senior professionals navigating responsibility, pressure, or change. We’ll work on presence, values-led leadership, boundaries, and creating impact without burning out or hiding behind buzzwords.

Psychological Therapy
My background as a therapist means we can work with depth when needed. Patterns, self-criticism, emotional blocks, while staying firmly focused on movement, agency, and growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I contact you to discuss further?
The best way to have this discussion would be to book a free discovery call, which you can find when searching through my available packages

Alternatively, you can email me on [email protected]
What kind of coaching do you offer?
I offer coaching that helps you move forward—personally or professionally. That might mean finding clarity in a stuck season, building confidence, navigating a career change, or leading with more authenticity. Our work together is shaped around you and what matters most right now.
Who do you work with?
I coach people who are ready for change but aren’t always sure how to make it happen. You might be a professional figuring out your next step, someone at a crossroads, or a leader trying to show up more intentionally. If you’re open, curious, and ready to grow—we’ll work well together.
What happens in the free discovery call?
t’s a relaxed conversation where we explore what’s on your mind, how I work, and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure, no awkward sales pitch—just space to connect and see if coaching with me feels right for you.
What’s a typical coaching session like?
Each session is a mix of deep listening, honest reflection, and clear action. I’ll ask powerful questions, challenge where needed, and help you create your own answers. You’ll leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and with practical steps to take.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Great question. Coaching is more focused on the present and future—helping you grow, achieve goals, and shift patterns. Therapy tends to focus more on healing the past or managing mental health. I’ve worked as a therapist for over 15 years, so I bring that depth—but coaching is about movement, momentum, and choice.
What’s your background and experience?
Before training as an ICF-certified coach, I worked for 15 years as a CBT, DBT, and EMDR therapist in both NHS and private practice. I bring both psychological insight and coaching tools to help you move forward in grounded, meaningful ways.
Do you offer single sessions or packages?
Yes—both. Some people want a one-off clarity session to reset and refocus. Others prefer a longer journey of 3–6 months with consistent support. You’ll see all my available packages right here on this site.
Can I coach with you if I’m not in the UK?
Absolutely. Coaching is fully online via video call, so I work with clients across the globe—whether you’re in London, Lisbon, or Los Angeles.
Will I get homework or tasks between sessions?
Often yes—but not in a school-style way. We might co-create a small action step, a journaling prompt, or a mindful practice that helps you move forward. You decide what feels helpful.
Is coaching confidential?
100%. What you share stays between us. I follow professional and ethical standards to create a safe, private space for you to think, reflect, and grow. There are very few circumstances where confidentiality might be broken, but we can discuss this in a discovery call
How long will I need coaching for?
That depends on your goals. Some people get what they need in just a few sessions; others choose to work together over several months. There’s no pressure—I’ll always check in with you about what feels right and whether we’re on track.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I’m flexible when I can be, but late cancellations are usually charged in full. It’s all explained clearly before you book.
Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale pricing?
Payment plans are available on some packages. If you're really keen to work together but need some flexibility, drop me a message—we’ll see what’s possible. We might be able to work out a suitable bespoke package
What if I don’t know exactly what I want to work on?
That’s totally fine—you don’t need to have it all figured out. Part of coaching is giving you the space to explore what’s really going on underneath the surface. You just need curiosity and willingness to begin.
Can I switch packages or upgrade later?
Of course. If you start with a smaller option and find you want more time or support, we can adjust as we go. I’m here to make this work for you.
Do you offer coaching for teams or organisations?
Yes—I offer leadership and team culture coaching, especially for healthcare and service-focused organisations. If that’s something you’re exploring, feel free to contact me directly and we can chat.
