WORTH (Women Operating in Restoration, Transformation & Healing) is a Christ-Centered Transformation Practice created to help women cultivate a lifestyle of repentance, encounter, surrender, identity, and total transformation through Jesus Christ.

At WORTH, we believe lasting transformation is the result of a life yielded to God and led by the Holy Spirit. Our goal is not to tell you your purpose, assignment, or calling. Our goal is to help you develop the posture, discernment, and obedience necessary to recognize God's voice and follow His leading for yourself.

Using the RESET Framework—Repentance, Encounter, Surrender, EmpowHer (Identity), and Total Transformation—we provide a structured environment where women can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, overcome obstacles to spiritual growth, and learn how to walk in greater surrender to God's will.

Whether you join the RESET Group or schedule a RESET Transformation Session, you will be encouraged, challenged, and supported as you pursue the transforming work of God in your life.

You do not need to have all the answers before you begin.
You simply need a willing heart.

What is W.O.R.T.H.?
W.O.R.T.H. (Women Operating in Restoration, Transformation & Healing) is a guided, faith-based transformation experience designed to help women move from cycles, confusion, and stagnation into clarity, healing, and forward movement.

This is not surface-level encouragement—this is structured support with intentional guidance.
How is W.O.R.T.H. different from therapy?
W.O.R.T.H. is not clinical counseling or therapy. We are faith-based practitioners who combine Spirit-led mentorship, biblical principles, and guided assignments to help women heal, transform, and grow in their identity in Christ.
What is the “Start Your W.O.R.T.H. Journey” session?
This is your discovery session—the first step into W.O.R.T.H.

During this one-on-one session, we will take time to understand where you are, what you’ve been navigating, and what kind of support you need in this season.

You’ll leave with clarity and direction on your next step.
What happens after the discovery session?
If W.O.R.T.H. is the right fit for you, you will be invited into a personalized pathway based on your needs.

Each journey is structured and guided, so you won’t have to figure out what to do next on your own.
Do I choose which program or package I need?
No—you don’t have to figure that out.

After your discovery session, we will guide you into the pathway that best supports your growth and transformation.

This ensures you receive the right level of support for where you are.
Is this coaching?
W.O.R.T.H. is more than traditional coaching.

This is a guided, structured process that includes support, accountability, and intentional direction to help you move forward in a real and sustainable way.
Who will I be working with?
W.O.R.T.H. is led by a team of trained practitioners.

Based on your needs, you may be guided by a lead practitioner or senior practitioner who will walk with you through your journey with care and structure.
How much does it cost to continue after the session?
 Investment varies based on the level of support and journey recommended after your discovery session. 

Because each woman’s journey is personalized, you will be guided into the option that best fits your needs after your discovery session.

Payment plans are available if needed, allowing you to move forward with support and structure.
Do I have to commit after the discovery session?
No.

The discovery session is designed to provide clarity and direction. There is no obligation to continue, but you will be given the opportunity to move forward if it is the right fit for you.
