Hi, I’m Flor.

I’m a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach, mentor, teacher, and woman of faith with a passion for helping women break the patterns that keep them stuck and build the life, purpose, and vision God has placed inside of them.
My approach to coaching was shaped by more than education or training—it was shaped through life experience. I understand what it means to have to rebuild, recognize unhealthy patterns, develop new disciplines, and keep moving forward even when the path isn’t completely clear.

Through my years of leadership, advocacy, ministry, and coaching, I’ve learned something powerful: information alone doesn’t always create transformation.

You can know what you need to do and still struggle to do it consistently.
That’s where coaching and accountability can make a difference.
I help women identify the patterns standing between them and where they want to go, create practical strategies for moving forward, and develop the discipline, structure, and accountability necessary to follow through.
And for women who feel called to build something—whether it’s a business, coaching practice, ministry, or vision—I also help them move beyond the idea and begin putting structure around what they’ve been called to build.
My philosophy is simple:

Break the pattern. Build the vision. Become who you’re called to be.
I don’t believe coaching is about giving you all the answers. It’s about helping you ask better questions, recognize what may be holding you back, create an actionable plan, and have someone walking alongside you who will challenge you, encourage you, and hold you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself and your vision.

Because sometimes you don’t need more information.
You need help turning what you know into what you actually live.

How do I know if coaching is for me?
Coaching may be for you if you know there’s more you want to do, build, or become, but you’re struggling to move from intention to consistent action. Maybe you keep repeating the same patterns, you have a vision but lack structure, or you simply need clarity, strategy, and accountability to help you move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out—you just have to be willing to do the work.
What can you help me with?
I help women identify and break patterns that are keeping them stuck, gain clarity around where they’re going, and create practical strategies for moving forward. This may include personal growth, discipline, accountability, purpose, goal setting, or building and structuring a Kingdom-centered business or vision.

What makes coaching different from watching videos, reading books, or using AI?
Information is everywhere. The challenge is often applying what you know consistently to your own life. Coaching gives you a space to work through your specific circumstances, identify barriers you may not recognize on your own, develop an individualized strategy, and have accountability as you implement it. Information can give you direction. Coaching helps you walk it out.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?
My coaching is rooted in Christian principles and my relationship with God influences how I approach purpose, stewardship, growth, and accountability. You don’t have to be at a particular place in your spiritual journey, but you should be comfortable knowing that faith is part of the foundation of my coaching practice.

Do I need to already have a business to receive Kingdom Business Coaching?
No. You may have an idea, a vision, an existing business that needs structure, or simply know that you’re called to build something but don’t know where to begin. We can identify where you are, clarify what you’re building, and determine the practical next steps needed to move forward.

What happens during a Clarity Call?
Your Clarity Call is an opportunity for us to talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what may be standing between the two. We’ll identify your primary needs and determine whether working together is the right next step
