About Refining Me, LLC
Where Faith, Career Clarity & Purpose Meet
There comes a point in your career when the question is no longer simply:
“What job should I apply for next?”
The deeper question becomes:
The deeper question becomes:
“What is next for me, and who am I becoming in this season?”
That is the heart behind Refining Me, LLC.
Who is this for?
I created Refining Me for ambitious women who know they are capable of more but find themselves at a professional or personal crossroads.
Maybe you're navigating a career pivot.
Maybe you've experienced a layoff.
Maybe you're returning to the workforce, pursuing leadership, considering entrepreneurship, or realizing that what worked in your previous season no longer fits where God is taking you next.
Experience & Credentials
With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, along with my background in HRIS, recruiting, career and executive coaching, Christian life coaching, and generative AI, I've seen talented, experienced women question themselves during seasons of transition.
With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, along with my background in HRIS, recruiting, career and executive coaching, Christian life coaching, and generative AI, I've seen talented, experienced women question themselves during seasons of transition.
And sometimes the problem isn't that you need more experience.
Sometimes you need clarity about what to do with the experience you already have.
That's the work I'm called to do.
My Approach
At Refining Me, I don't believe faith, career strategy, and technology have to live in separate rooms.
We can pray and develop a strategy.
We can trust God and do the research.
We can honor the experience we've gained and admit when it's time for something different.
And we can use AI without allowing technology to define our identity, replace our voice, or determine our calling.
My philosophy is simple:
God gives the direction.
You bring the experience.
AI becomes a tool.
Together, we build the strategy.
The Career & Calling Reset™
The Career & Calling Reset™ is designed for the woman asking:
“What do I do next?”
It's a focused, faith-centered career coaching experience built around my 4R Framework™: Reset, Reimagine, Reposition, and Rise.
It's for the woman who needs to pause long enough to assess where she is, explore what's possible, recognize the value she already brings, reposition her experience for where she's going, and develop an actionable strategy for moving forward.
She may be:
- Pivoting careers
- Recovering from a layoff
- Returning to the workforce
- Pursuing advancement or leadership
- Exploring entrepreneurship, consulting, or fractional work
- Navigating an AI-shaped workplace
- Repositioning years of experience for something new
- Or simply standing at a crossroads asking, “God, what's next?”
The goal isn't just another résumé.
It's clarity, positioning, and purposeful movement.
The Esther Awakening™
But sometimes knowing what to do next isn't the whole story.
Sometimes the transition is deeper.
That's where The Esther Awakening™ comes in.
The Esther Awakening™ is the deeper faith-centered transformational experience within the Refining Me ecosystem.
It is for the woman who isn't only asking:
“What should I do next?”
She's beginning to ask:
“Who is God calling me to become in this next season?”
This experience goes beyond immediate career strategy and creates space for deeper work around identity, purpose, calling, confidence, influence, leadership, visibility, and courageous obedience.
It's for the woman who senses that her transition isn't simply about changing jobs.
Something in her is changing too.
She knows she's being stretched.
She knows there is more in her.
And she is ready to do the deeper work required to rise into it.
Two Experiences. Two Different Needs.
I see these programs as two distinct pathways.
The Career & Calling Reset™ helps you answer:
What is my next move, and how do I position myself for it?
The Esther Awakening™ helps you explore:
Who am I becoming, what am I being called to carry, and how do I rise into that assignment?
One provides a focused career reset.
The other creates space for deeper transformation.
And depending on the season you're in, you may need one before you're ready for the other.
Why I Do This Work
Because I know how easy it is to look at a transition and call it starting over.
I don't see it that way.
Your experience didn't disappear because your direction changed.
The leadership you've developed matters.
The difficult seasons you've survived matter.
The skills you've built matter.
The wisdom you've gained matters.
The rooms you've been in matter.
And even the season you've outgrown served a purpose.
I want women to recognize what God has already developed in them, become clear about what belongs in their next season, and have the courage and strategy to move when it's time.
Sometimes God isn't asking you to erase your past and begin again.
Sometimes He's asking you to reposition what He's already developed in you for what's next.
That's what Refining Me is about.
And if you remember nothing else from me, remember this:
You are not starting over. You are starting from experience.
What I Believe (Scripture as Guide)
I coach from the conviction that God refines our gifts and that clarity is forged in the fire of practice. Two verses shape how I show up with clients:
“He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi [The Priests], and refine them like gold and silver, so they may present to the [grain] offerings in righteousness.” — Malachi 3:3 (AMP)
“Indeed, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested and chosen you in the furnace of affliction.” — Isaiah 48:10 (AMP)
“Indeed, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested and chosen you in the furnace of affliction.” — Isaiah 48:10 (AMP)
These lines remind us that refinement is purposeful and that the process is for your good. My role is to help you see the evidence God has already placed in your work and to shape it so others can recognize it.
