About
Meet Your Coach
For much of my life, I felt like I was working twice as hard as everyone else just to keep up.
On the outside, I was reliable, hardworking, and successful in my career. On the inside, I was constantly battling overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and the feeling that no matter how hard I tried, I could never quite make life work in a sustainable way.
Like many late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults, I spent years collecting explanations that never quite fit. Anxiety. Depression. Panic attacks. They explained some of my experiences, but never why everyday life felt so difficult.
Diagnosis: The beginning, not the end
Everything changed when I was diagnosed with ADHD.
What I didn't realise at the time was that my diagnosis wasn't the end of my journey—it was the beginning.
Suddenly, I saw my entire life through a different lens. Things that had never made sense finally did.
But while everything had changed for me, nothing had changed for the people around me.
They still saw the same person. - I didn't.
I found myself navigating an identity crisis that nobody had prepared me for. Trying to understand who I was beneath years of masking, coping strategies, and expectations was both liberating and incredibly lonely.
The support I couldn't find
What surprised me most was how little support existed after diagnosis.
There was plenty of information about getting assessed, but very little guidance on what came next.
How do you rebuild your confidence?
How do you understand your strengths?
How do you stop fighting your brain and start working with it?
I remember wishing there was someone who truly understood that stage of the journey—someone who could help me make sense of it all.
When I realised that support barely existed for adults navigating life after a diagnosis, I decided to become the person I had needed.
From lived experience to professional support
That decision led me to train as a Certified ADHD Coach, an Advanced AuDHD Coach, and a Neuroaffirmative Supervisor.
It also inspired me to create The Neuro Kind Hub in 2025 - a community where local neurodivergent adults can connect, learn more about themselves, and grow together in a safe, supportive, and neuroaffirmative environment.
Today, through The Neuro Kind Coach, I support late-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD adults, as well as practitioners and organisations, to better understand neurodivergence and build approaches that are compassionate, practical, and sustainable.
My coaching philosophy
One thing became clear throughout my own journey:
Self-awareness comes before strategy.
I don't believe in handing people a list of techniques and hoping they'll fit.
Every neurodivergent brain is different. What works brilliantly for one person may be exhausting for another.
Instead, I help you understand your unique brain, recognise your strengths, identify the patterns that are getting in your way, and build personalised strategies that work with your neurodivergence—not against it.

Testimonials
I was expecting a list of strategies to apply but coaching has been so much more! It has opened my eyes and has at time been uncomfortable but it was really life changing and gave me some tools to better understand myself and how my brain works.

Working with Veronica has been the best decision I’ve made so far! After a decade of struggle undiagnosed and a year working alone post-diagnosis without making much progress, six sessions with Veronica has blown my world wide open and I am so excited and grateful for what the future will hold!
