With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, and Organizational Change, I specialize in career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development. Whether you’re entering the workforce, seeking a new role, or preparing for the next step in your career, I bring a practical, people-centered approach to helping you stand out and succeed.

I hold a Master of Education in Adult Learning, Performance, and Change and am currently an Executive MBA candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University, with an expected graduation date of May 2027. My academic work and professional experience allow me to bridge strategy with real-world application, providing tools and insights that drive meaningful results.
