Everything I teach runs through three layers.

Strategy is the what — the actual systems that get you in front of the right people. It's a seven-step process I run in my own business: the right rooms, a real list, a reason to be in front of that room, and a way to move someone from "we just met" to "they've seen what I do and they're ready." 

Every step has a specific job — and most people are missing at least two of them without realizing it.

Skills is the how — the people-skills execution. How you walk in, how you ask, how you hold a pause. This is where the conversation either lands or doesn't.

Self is the layer underneath both — what you actually believe about yourself in that room. This is the one everyone skips, and it's the reason someone can know the strategy, have the skill, and still soften the price at the last second. If Self doesn't hold, the other two don't either.
