As a life-long learner, education advocate, certified Newfield Ontological Coach, and psychology major from Duke University, I bring half-a lifetime’s worth of passion for personal development and a unique blend of professional and personal experiences to my coaching. My background in digital marketing and working with leaders across diverse industries, has given me a deep understanding of the dynamics that shape effective leadership. 

With a purpose in empowering positive change, I coach with the belief that when we support others to grow, we elevate not just individuals, but the systems and communities they impact. For me, that means coaching female leaders to stand in their power as the transformative leaders they know they're capable of. And it also means being in service beyond coaching by supporting underpriviledged children's basic needs through the Budimas Charitable Foundation, and expanding access to affordable and quality healthcare, and education with the Maaedicare Charitable Foundation and St. John's International School.
