At the core of Tru Direction Business Coaching is a simple belief: everyone has opportunity in front of them. What’s often missing isn’t drive or talent, it’s clarity, direction, and a plan you can trust.

Tru Direction Business Coaching empowers entrepreneurs and leaders to move from where they are to where they want to be by creating clear, strategic, and actionable plans aligned with their Tru Direction. I help business owners simplify the complex, gain clarity, and take confident, consistent action to build profitable, purposeful, and sustainable businesses.

I meet people where they are and believe we all have the capacity to grow. Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more effort, but the right tools, perspective, and support to fully realize what’s possible.

Running a business can be isolating. Many business owners, leaders, solopreneurs, and entrepreneurs feel like they’re on an island, carrying the weight of decisions and responsibility that others may not fully understand.

A client once described our sessions as “business counseling.” While I am not a counselor, I understand the meaning behind it. I’ve experienced many of the same challenges, and having a trusted space to bounce ideas around, talk through obstacles, and vent without judgment can make a meaningful difference. Coaching provides clarity, perspective, and direction, so you don’t have to carry it alone.

Experience That Meets You Where You Are

My professional journey began with a curiosity about human behavior, communication, and decision-making. With a background spanning sales, marketing, leadership, and small business operations, I bring decades of real-world experience to my coaching.

I spent nearly 15 years working in radio as an account executive, helping businesses grow through strategic marketing and messaging. I also worked hands-on in my family’s bakery and café, where I gained extensive experience evaluating costs and profit margins, building cost-saving processes and workflows, and creating community-supported businesses. These experiences allow me to coach from credibility, not theory.

Grounded, Clear, and Purposeful

Outside of business, I find clarity and inspiration in nature, animals, and art. Time spent among the trees, especially in Hocking Hills and the gorge at Conkle’s Hollow. These environments help me reset, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters most. That same sense of calm and clarity is what I strive to bring to my clients.
