About

Licensed Dietitian | MPhil. in Health Sciences
Co-author of a plant-based nutrition book | Mom of two teenagers

I work with people who want to understand food, normalize their eating habits, and feel more confident and calm around eating.

In today’s world of extreme diets and constant nutrition noise, it’s easy to feel confused, overwhelmed, or “not disciplined enough.” I don’t believe in shame, rigid rules, or quick fixes. I believe in balance, self-trust, and sustainable change.

My main focus is emotional eating, binge eating, and intuitive eating. I’ve completed specialized training in eating disorders and binge eating disorder treatment for dietitians, and I continuously update my knowledge to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.

I support people who:
• struggle with overeating or late-evening eating
• experience emotional eating
• feel confused about what, when, or how much to eat
• have a stressful or complicated relationship with food
• want to normalize their eating habits
• want to reach and maintain a healthy weight in a gentle, sustainable way
• are curious about intuitive eating and want to trust their body again

Food often becomes a coping mechanism - not because you lack willpower, but because at some point it helped you feel safe. In our consultations, we explore this with curiosity, not judgment.

There is no weight-loss stigma in my practice.
There is no shaming.
There is no embarrassment.

I am not the right dietitian for you if you are looking for rapid weight loss, strict elimination diets without medical indication, or body-sculpting promises. If you have a condition, of course we adapt nutrition accordingly, but I do not remove foods simply to make weight loss happen faster.

If you are working with a psychiatrist or physician, especially in cases of binge eating or eating disorders, I am happy to collaborate as part of your care team.

My goal is to help you build realistic habits, set achievable goals, and create a peaceful relationship with food so you can enjoy eating and feel at home in your body.

You deserve support that feels safe.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who do you work with?

I work with generally healthy individuals who want to normalize their eating habits, better understand food, manage emotional or late-night eating, and build a more balanced and peaceful relationship with food.

If you feel confused about what, when, or how much to eat.
If food has become a coping mechanism.
If you want to step away from extremes and find stability -
you are in the right place.

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and I do not replace medical care. I am not a physician, and providing medical treatment is outside of my professional scope.

If you have a medical condition, suspect an eating disorder, or require medical treatment, it is essential that you first consult a doctor or qualified medical professional for proper diagnosis and care.

However, I can absolutely be part of your support team.
If you are already working with a physician, psychiatrist, or psychologist (for example, in cases of eating disorders), I am happy to collaborate and support you from a nutritional and behavioral perspective as part of your multidisciplinary care.

If you do not have a medical condition and are simply looking to find balance, rebuild trust with your body, and create sustainable eating habits — I work with you independently.

My role is guidance, education, and support.
Medical diagnosis and treatment belong to your doctor.
And when appropriate, we work together as a team.

2. What can I expect from a consultation?
We start with a 15-minute free introductory consultation, where we get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see how I can support you. After that, we can schedule a 50-minute full consultation, where we dive deeper into your eating habits, goals, and personalized guidance.
3. How do I book and pay for consultations?
You can book and pay directly on my website via Paperbell.com. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email and reminders about your consultation.
4. How are consultations held?
All consultations are online via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home.
5. Can I ask questions between consultations?
Yes! I encourage you to bring questions to our sessions, and I’ll provide guidance and practical tips during the consultation.
6. How often should I book consultations?
It depends on your goals and needs. Some clients find a single consultation enough to get started, while others benefit from follow-ups every few weeks to stay on track and adjust their approach.
7. What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule your consultation through Paperbell.com. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow another client to book that time.
