About
First off, let me say I am glad you are here! Taking even the first step towards carving out time for yourself and making YOU a priority is huge.
So, here is a little bit about me...I am a wife, mother, and business owner. I started my gym in 2018 as a space for women to come and get strong. I knew creating a space that is welcoming and non intimidating for women was so important. I remember the busy days of being a mom to six kids and trying to find the time to workout. I remember walking into a gym and having no idea where to start or what to do. And usually hopping on a treadmill or promptly walking out defeated! I know what it feels like to want to start working out but lacking the motivation, discipline, or know how to do so. Now, I have transitioned into midlife which brings about changing hormones and body issues.
I bring my vast experience of the MANY different life experiences I have had plus years of training all different clientele to meet you where you are at today. I pride my gym on being a place where you will feel challenged, encouraged, supported, and safe. My clients frequently tell me that training with me has not only changed their physique but has gotten them through the challenges that come with daily life.
I know how hard starting something new can be so I am honored to walk alongside you as a coach, mentor, and friend. Let's get to work and change your life!
