About Me
I believe no one is defined by their past, and that real transformation is possible when faith, healing, and intentional growth come together.
My heart is to walk alongside people who are ready to rise, those who sense there is more ahead for their lives but may need clarity, encouragement, and practical support to move forward with confidence.
My Journey
My story began in a home marked by addiction and chaos. Without healthy coping skills, I developed patterns of people-pleasing, codependency, anxiety, and low self-worth. For years, those struggles shaped how I saw myself and the world around me.
But Jesus met me right in the middle of the mess. His grace didn’t just cover my pain, He began to heal it. 🙌 Through faith, growth, and support, I began to break free from those patterns and step into a life of purpose, hope, and clarity.
What started as my personal journey of healing eventually became my calling to help others experience the same freedom and transformation.
My Mission
Today, I serve as a Care Pastor, leading ministries that walk with people through recovery, healing, and life’s challenges. I’m also the founder of Thrivyn Coaching, this faith-based coaching business dedicated to helping individuals discover their strengths, rise with confidence, and thrive every day.
Through coaching, I provide a supportive, Christ-centered space where you can gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and move forward with purpose.
