About

Dr. Natasha Tubbs
Founder & Mental Health Coach, The Restoration Project

Every day, you carry the weight of critical decisions, organizational vision, and the expectations of everyone around you.

But who supports the leader when the burden becomes too heavy?

I am Dr. Natasha Tubbs, and I founded The Restoration Project because I know firsthand that high-capacity leadership shouldn’t require sacrificing your mental health, your peace, or your purpose. As an educator, adjunct professor, and Board Certified Christian Counselor & Mental Health Coach, my life’s work is dedicated to helping leaders stop the executive bleed and design sustainable, thriving rhythms.

With a Doctorate and Master’s degree rooted in counseling, education, and leadership, I bridge the gap between high-level strategy and deep emotional well-being. My approach is entirely confidential, deeply grounded, and fiercely protective of your boundaries. Whether you are leading a corporation, a ministry, or navigating the unique, high-stakes demands of military leadership, I provide a safe sanctuary for you to step out of the noise and recalibrate.

As an Army Veteran wife and military mother, I understand the profound discipline and the unique pressures that come with answering a high calling. You don't have to choose between massive impact and personal peace. Together, we will build a 90-day roadmap that prevents burnout, restores your rhythm, and protects your calling for the long haul.

Your restoration starts here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a Mental Health Coach, and how is it different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on diagnosing and treating clinical mental health conditions by looking at past traumas and psychological history. Mental Health Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. As your coach, I partner with you to assess your current professional rhythms, identify active burnout triggers, and co-create an actionable 90-day roadmap. We focus on emotional well-being, sustainable leadership strategy, and mental wealth. Note: If clinical needs arise that require a therapist or psychiatrist, I will gladly help connect you with the appropriate resource.
How confidential is this process? I am in a highly visible position.
Confidentiality is the absolute cornerstone of my practice. I work with corporate, ministry, and military leaders who operate under immense scrutiny. Our sessions are a strict, confidential sanctuary. Your identity, your organization, and everything discussed within our coaching relationship is protected by a rigorous coaching contract. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
I am incredibly busy. What is the time commitment?
The Restoration Project is specifically designed for high-capacity individuals; I know your time is scarce. Our core program is a streamlined, 8-week structured package. Sessions are held virtually, allowing you to seamlessly integrate them into your calendar. Outside of our live sessions, the practical tools and boundaries we implement are designed to give you time back, not add more weight to your to-do list.
Who is your primary coaching demographic?
I specialize in partnering with individual organizational leaders, executives, military personnel, and ministry professionals. If you are someone who carries the weight of heavy decision-making, leads teams, and feels the pressure to "always be on," this space is built specifically for you.
How do we get started, and what does the onboarding look like?
We start with a brief, confidential consultation to ensure we are a great fit for collaboration. Once you choose to move forward, everything is handled seamlessly in one secure portal via Paperbell. You will instantly get access to your client dashboard, your 90-day roadmap template, and my scheduling calendar so you can book your 8-week session block at your convenience.
Do you accept insurance?
Because coaching is a professional development and wellness service rather than a clinical medical treatment, it is not covered by traditional health insurance. However, many leaders utilize their corporate professional development budgets, business expense allowances, or personal wellness funds to invest in their coaching packages.
