After years in senior leadership roles, including Director of People and Managing Director, I truly get the ins and outs of what leaders face every day – both the big wins and the tough challenges. 

I've spent a lot of time coaching and mentoring HR business partners, and it's given me a deep appreciation for strong communication and building great teams across all sorts of industries.

What really drives me is helping leaders, no matter their gender, to unlock their full potential and achieve amazing results. My own time as a director taught me how to navigate tricky situations and foster real growth. Do you facilitate coaching within businesses and larger organisations?
Yes of course! My coaching can be adapted to whoever and wherever it is needed. Please contact me to discuss.
Do you facilitate group coaching?
Yes. Many organisations find this effective if they have a leadership team who all need elements of coaching. I also offer a 21st century leadership programme which is great and covers a great range of topics.
Is your coaching just for female leaders?
No. I coach everyone, it's just that I have a passion for female leaders - being one myself! However, I have worked and coached with me at all levels and its also interesting to be able to use my female slant on coaching to open men's minds to areas of leadership they may not have considered.
How many sessions do you recommend?
To achieve sustainable, meaningful change, a typical coaching engagement lasts between 6 and 12 months. This time frame allows us to move beyond surface-level issues and embed new habits and behaviours. However, the duration can be tailored to your specific needs and goals.

How is coaching different from mentoring or therapy?
It's a great question, as they are often confused!

Coaching is future-focused. We concentrate on your goals and the actions you need to take to achieve them. The coach is a facilitator who helps you find your own answers through powerful questions and new perspectives.

Mentoring is advice-based. A mentor is typically a more experienced person in your field who shares their knowledge, experience and wisdom to guide you.

Therapy is often past-focused. It helps individuals heal from psychological issues and emotional challenges to improve their overall mental well-being.

How does the coaching process work?
Our process is structured to ensure you get the most out of our time together:

Discovery Call (Complimentary): We start with a free, no-obligation chat to discuss your challenges and goals and see if we're a good fit.

Goal Setting & Strategy: In our first official session, we'll dive deep to establish clear, measurable goals for our engagement. We may use tools like 360-degree feedback or leadership assessments to gain insight.

Regular Coaching Sessions: We'll typically meet twice a month for 60 minute sessions (via video call or in person). In these sessions, we'll tackle your real-world challenges, explore new strategies, and create actionable steps.

Action & Accountability: The real growth happens between sessions. You'll apply what we discuss, and I'll be there to provide support and hold you accountable for your commitments.

Progress Review: We will regularly review your progress against the goals we set to ensure the coaching is delivering tangible value.


Is everything we discuss confidential?
Yes, 100%. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of a successful coaching relationship. It creates a safe and trusted space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgment or reprisal. The specific details of our conversations will always remain between us.

Note: If your coaching is sponsored by your employer, we will establish a clear three-way agreement at the start that respects confidentiality while allowing for general progress updates on your coaching goals.
