Soulful Conversations was created as a space for women to slow down, feel deeply heard and reconnect with themselves beyond the roles and responsibilities they carry for everyone else.
I’m Tania, the woman behind Soulful Conversations. Through 1:1 coaching, breathwork, workshops and retreats, I create warm, grounded spaces where you can explore what matters to you, reconnect with your body and inner wisdom, and begin including yourself more fully in your own life.
There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. You can arrive exactly as you are.
