Do you work in person, by phone or by Zoom?

If you are local, we can meet. Otherwise, I work by phone or Zoom depending upon your preference. The majority of my clients work with me by phone, as they have busy lives and are often driving. I have been known to take local clients walking and talking.

How long do people typically work with you?

The majority of my clients have worked with me for years. Some for decades. Our relationship is profoundly trusting. I do become the person in the corner who has your back and will challenge you when needed, with infinite care.

Do you work with my team?

Yes, most of my clients bring me in to work with their team. We create team coherence, high accountability and responsibility, train advanced communication skills, work with conflict, and move toward self-managed teams.

Do you do conflict mediation?

Yes, I have facilitated hundreds of mediation sessions with partners, teams and alliances.
