Hi, I’m Stephanie Rousseau:  Certified Professional ICF-credentialed Life Coach, A Becoming You Certified Practitioner, self-compassion advocate,  former educator, and mom of two tween girls who keep me humble and on my toes, while being my greatest teachers.

I spent nearly 20 years in education leading classrooms, coaching teachers, and designing curriculum before I realized I was out of alignment with my values. Like so many high-achieving women, I was checking all the boxes, but I found myself living by default.

As I started my path of personal growth and development, I decided it was time to live a life by design, not default.  I wanted to be fully awake to my life and filling my days, weeks, months, and years with INTENTION. 

I want the same for you because you deserve a life you love waking up to. You're successful on paper, you're ambitious, and yet, you're totally unfulfilled. 

It's time to stop simply checking the boxes and time to start asking yourself "Is this the life I actually want to be living?"
