Feeling stuck around a particular topic related to your SMBC journey and want to book a single session to talk it through?  I've got you!  Sometimes we just need a little help finding a perspective shift that makes all the difference. 

Book a single session to get unstuck on one of the many roadblocks we encounter, like deciding on the right timing to take the plunge, choosing a donor, talking to people in your life about SMBC, or anything else that feels like it's holding you back and keeping you up a night.

 Join an intimate group of up to 10 solo moms-to-be who are all due in September to December 2026, including your facilitator,  Emma Plehal.  You'll hop on six Zoom calls to connect, and then continue the conversation in a private WhatsApp group – where you'll share everything from "is this normal?" pregnancy questions to late-night baby registry inspiration. These women will be your friends who just get it in ways other friends don't, because they're right there with you on this solo mom journey.

Past due date groups have continued to stay very active even past their babies' first birthdays.  Having a group of women at just the same stage is priceless!  You'll celebrate the births of incredible new humans, cheer each other on, and share your biggest struggles along the way.  There's always someone awake to chat about whatever's on your mind.  This experience is truly the best gift a pregnant SMBC can give herself!

Community groups with the SGC are a one-of-a-kind discussion/support group for women on the path to solo motherhood. We go deep, get real, share resources, experiences, and support…think of it like a weekly happy hour with besties you haven’t met yet!
