I went through my own divorce several years ago. Like many women, I found myself asking the same questions you may be asking now:

What do I want my life to look like moving forward?
What actually matters to me now?
What role do I want or need work to play in this next chapter of my life?

Figuring that out took time. I had to step back from everything that had happened and think honestly about what I wanted my life to look like next.

That experience is what led me to this work.

Today, I bring both that personal experience and my training as a certified executive coach to the conversations I have with women who find themselves at this same moment, whether they are navigating life decisions, career questions, or both.

In addition, I bring a 15+ year background in recruiting and HR, where I have worked and continue to work closely with hiring managers and decision-makers, seeing firsthand how candidates are evaluated, positioned, and selected.

What I have seen over and over again is that many talented women struggle, not because they lack experience, but because they are unsure how to think about their direction, translate their background, or present themselves clearly in today’s job market.

Today, I bring both perspectives into my work.

I help women step back, think clearly about their next chapter, and move forward with a thoughtful strategy — whether that means redefining their life, rebuilding their career, or both.
