About
Hi, I’m Sharon.
I help JW sisters who are trying so hard to give their best, but feel exhausted, guilty, and never good enough, find a more reasonable pace and feel joy again.
Is this you?
You’re still showing up, still helping, still caring, still trying to do what’s right.
But inside, you’re tired.
You may be wondering:
“Why does giving my best feel so heavy?”
“Why do I feel guilty whenever I slow down?”
“Why am I doing all the right things, but not feeling joy?”
“I don’t want to slack off. I just don’t know how long I can keep going like this.”
If that sounds like you, I’m glad you’re here.
Why this work matters to me
For a long time, I believed that giving my best meant giving as much as I could possibly give.
If I was struggling, I thought I just needed to try harder. Push through. Do more. Be more available. Cope better.
But eventually, I burned out. And I lost my joy.
Over time, I came to understand something that changed the way I live and now shapes the way I coach: Giving Jehovah your best does not mean giving the most you can possibly force out of yourself.
Your best can be reasonable and sustainable. That’s what makes room for joy.
How I work
My coaching is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life.
I help sisters gently notice what may be happening underneath the exhaustion, guilt, pressure, and loss of joy.
Together, we may look at things like:
- why rest feels uncomfortable
- why “not enough” gets so loud
- why more effort is not always the right next step
- where guilt may be deciding for you
- how giving your best may have quietly become giving your most
- what a more reasonable next step could look like in your real life
My aim is to help you give your best in a way that doesn't keep draining you dry.
Where to begin
At the moment, the best place to begin is SisterChat.
SisterChat is a private 50-minute coaching conversation for JW sisters who need a compassionate space to talk things through.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you come.
You don’t need to explain everything perfectly.
You don’t need to be ready for a big change.
You can simply come as you are and talk through what has been weighing on you.
For some sisters, one SisterChat appointment is enough to feel heard, sort through what is going on, and leave with one reasonable next step.
For others, SisterChat may reveal a deeper pattern that needs more support over time.
When that happens, I can let you know whether my coaching program The Turning Point: Finding Joy Again may be a suitable next step when it becomes available.
A note about coaching
I am a coach, not a therapist. The support I offer is coaching, not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, or crisis support.
My work is for JW sisters who want compassionate, practical coaching support with exhaustion, guilt, pressure, loss of joy, and feeling never good enough.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Zoom account for sessions or the Connection Call?
No, a Zoom account isn’t required! You’ll receive a link to join each session, and you can simply click the link to connect from your computer or phone. It’s quick, easy, and doesn’t require setting up an account.
Is coaching the same as counselling or therapy?
No. Coaching is practical, emotionally intelligent support that helps you make sense of where you are now and take doable next steps toward the life you want to live. Therapy is clinical treatment/diagnosis and deeper mental-health care provided by qualified health professionals.
A helpful analogy: like hiring a personal trainer for your inner life—coaching builds emotional strength, resilience, and decision-making power, especially after years of putting yourself last.
What we’ll do together: meet you where you are, reflect patterns, offer tools, and support you to move forward—one manageable step at a time.
