I’m Ron, a certified professional coach passionate about helping people gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take consistent, confident action.

With decades of experience in pastoral leadership and personal development, I’ve spent my life listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people navigate important transitions. Coaching allows me to bring that same experience into a structured, practical process that turns insight into results.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you discover your best path—and to provide support, accountability, and actionable strategies as you make progress toward your goals.

How can you help me?
Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused partnership that helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take the next right steps with confidence. As your coach, I will listen deeply, ask powerful questions, help you design an action plan, and hold you accountable for the progress you want to make.

Shaped by years of pastoral leadership and theological formation, my coaching brings depth and discernment—but the relationship itself remains forward-focused and goal-oriented.

Is my information private?
Your privacy is essential to meaningful progress. I adhere to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics. Everything we discuss remains confidential, except as required by law.

Where and how often can we work together?
Sessions take place by phone or video. Many clients meet once or  twice per month, but the rhythm is flexible based on your goals and schedule. We’ll set a pace that fits your season of life.

What are your credentials?
I have earned certification as a Life, Personal Development, Spiritual, and Relationship Coach with over 125 hours of training aligned with the guidelines of the International Coaching Federation. 

What are your professional affiliations?
I am a member in good standing of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the ICF Raleigh Area Charter Chapter.

What are your fees?
Prices are based on total professional time offered to each client, not just session length. The value of each engagement includes my preparation, follow-up, availability between sessions, and any individualized resources I may provide.
