Helping Busy Parents Reduce Their Family's Stress and Live a Calmer Life

About

As a working parent myself when my children were young, I understand the stress that comes from managing work and family responsibilities, the calendar and the clock.

I remember taking my stress to work. Sometimes when I was at work I would be worrying about my family, what appointments I needed to make, and the laundry and house chores that I had to do when I got home.

I wished that I had known of a way to reduce my family’s stress way back then and live a more calm life.

Based upon my own experiences and what I have learned about parenting over the years, I have put together these coaching packages to help busy, overwhelmed parents relieve their stress by finding a better way to manage their stressors and a better way to manage their family life.

I believe that parents can reclaim their power and their time. They can feel less overwhelmed. They can be happier.

For over 25 years I have helped busy parents make parenting easier and find a better work-life balance. I am a long-time parent coach and parent educator:
