Chantell LaMark

Certified Christian Life Coach | Helping high-achieving women break free from performance-driven living and rediscover their identity in Christ.

About

Successful on paper. Disconnected in spirit. Unsure of who you are outside of what you do?

I help high-achieving women reconnect with who they are in Christ so success no longer comes at the expense of their peace, identity, or relationship with God.

Many of the women I work with look successful by every external measure. They are leaders, professionals, business owners, caregivers, and trusted decision-makers. They are capable, responsible, and deeply committed to the people and work they care about.

Yet beneath that success, many are carrying a quiet exhaustion.

They have spent years meeting expectations, solving problems, and holding everything together. Somewhere along the way, achievement became closely tied to identity, and the pressure to keep performing left little room to hear their own voice, care for their own soul, or cultivate genuine closeness with God.

I understand that experience because I've lived it myself.

For nearly two decades, I worked in leadership roles across federal government, higher education, and corporate environments. I thrived in high-pressure settings, managed complex responsibilities, led teams, and built a career that looked successful from the outside.

I became known for being dependable, capable, and someone who could handle difficult situations.

But behind the accomplishments, I was struggling.

My work had become too much of my identity. I measured my value by what I could accomplish, solve, or carry. While my faith remained important to me, my relationship with God often took a back seat to the constant demands of work, responsibility, and achievement.

The more successful I became, the more disconnected I felt from myself.

Eventually, I was forced to confront a truth that changed the direction of my life:

Success cannot carry the weight of your identity. Only Christ can.

That realization began a process of rebuilding my life from a different foundation—one rooted not in performance, achievement, or external validation, but in God's truth about who I am.

Today, that journey shapes the work I do with women every day.

As a Certified Christian Life Coach with extensive leadership experience, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding to the coaching relationship. I understand the realities of high-responsibility environments. I understand the pressure to always have the answer, to keep producing, and to continue carrying more than others realize.

Most importantly, I understand what it feels like to wake up one day and realize you've become successful at everything except being fully present in your own life.

My coaching is faith-centered, practical, and deeply reflective.

I don't believe the answer is simply working harder, becoming more productive, or adding another strategy to an already full life.

Instead, we examine what is happening beneath the surface.

Together, we identify the patterns, beliefs, expectations, and pressures that may be keeping you stuck in striving, over-responsibility, people-pleasing, self-silencing, burnout, or spiritual disconnection.

We explore how achievement has shaped your identity, where your peace has been compromised, and what God may be inviting you to release, heal, or rebuild.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about returning to the woman God created you to be.

The woman whose worth is not dependent on her productivity.
The woman whose voice matters.
The woman who can lead, serve, succeed, and make an impact without losing herself in the process.
The woman who lives from her identity in Christ rather than constantly striving to prove it.

If that resonates with you, I would be love to walk alongside you on that journey.

Working with Chantell has been one of the best decisions I have made in quite some time. I can truly say it has been transformational. She has a gift for creating a safe space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and fully seen. Through her guidance, I've not only grown in confidence but also realigned with my true identity in Christ. She consistently points me back to God's truth and helped me uncover the strength and clarity I didn't realize was already within me. Frequently Asked Questions

Who is RenewedHER™ designed to serve?
RenewedHER™ is designed for the high-achieving woman who is burned out or feels hollow inside. She's built, led, delivered, and carried significant responsibility — but knows the foundation beneath her life now requires deeper attention. Our work helps women examine the cost of carrying life in her own strength and rebuild from a foundation that is spiritually sound, internally honest, and rooted in Christ.
What distinguishes RenewedHER™ from other coaching practices?
Our practice is built on a proprietary methodology designed to move a woman from internal fragmentation to restored identity, spiritual clarity, and aligned action.
Is RenewedHER™ therapy?
RenewedHER™ is coaching, not therapy. Therapy provides licensed clinical treatment for mental health conditions. Coaching supports forward movement, identity restoration, spiritual clarity, and practical integration. Both are valuable, but they are not interchangeable.
Do I need to be a Christian for this work to serve me?
No, you do not have to identify as a Christian to be served by us. What matters most is that you are open to honest reflection, awareness, and deeper restoration.
How do I know if I am ready for this work?
Readiness does not require certainty. It requires honesty. You may be ready if you have begun to recognize that achievement has not fully resolved the deeper questions inside you. You may be ready if the life you built still functions, but no longer feels fully aligned. You may be ready if you feel a nudging inviting you to stop managing the symptoms and examine the foundation. The Clarity Session is where we discuss this together.
What is the Clarity Session?
The Clarity Session is a complimentary 20-minute private consultation. It is the entry point into working with us. During the session, we examine where you are, what this season has been requiring of you, and whether RenewedHER™ is the right next step for you.
What level of time commitment should I expect?
Most clients typically commitment two to three hours per week, which includes the private coaching session, workbook reflection, and integration practices.
