About
You're too close to the problem.
You’ve thought about it from every angle.
You’ve talked it through. Made the pros and cons list. Tried to be practical. Tried to trust your gut. Maybe you’ve even made a decision, changed your mind, and started the whole process over again.
You’re capable of figuring things out.
That’s not the problem.
Sometimes you’re simply too close to your own life, business, or money to see what’s actually keeping you stuck.
That’s where I come in.
Come sit down. Tell me what's going on.
Bring me the problem you can’t stop thinking about.
The business decision you keep circling.
The money issue that never seems to be just about money.
The situation where you can see all the moving pieces but still can’t figure out what to do next.
You don’t need another person handing you a formula for your life.
And you don’t need to figure out what kind of coaching you need before you get here.
You bring me what’s happening.
I’ll listen.
I’ll ask questions.
We’ll follow what we find.
Sometimes that means separating the facts of a situation from the story your mind has built around them.
Sometimes it means noticing a pattern, questioning a belief, looking at the problem from a completely different angle, or finding the practical piece of information you’ve been missing.
And sometimes we discover that you understand the problem perfectly well.
You know what you want to do.
You may have even tried to change it before.
But something keeps pulling you back into the same reaction.
When that happens, we can go deeper.
We can work with the learned beliefs and emotional patterns underneath the problem, including the ones you may have been carrying since childhood, so you’re not left trying to think your way out of something that was learned long before you knew how to question it.
You don’t need to know which approach you need. That’s part of my job.
Each session starts with you.
We find the root.
Most problems don’t arrive neatly labeled.
A business problem might actually be a boundary problem.
A money problem might be a business model problem.
A decision problem might be a fear of disappointing someone.
Feeling overwhelmed might have less to do with how much you’re carrying and more to do with how much of it was never yours to carry in the first place.
Sometimes seeing the problem clearly changes everything.
Sometimes you need a practical strategy and a plan.
Sometimes we find a thought or belief that needs to be questioned.
And sometimes the pattern runs deeper.
Long before you had this business, this relationship, this job, or this decision to make, you learned ways of understanding yourself and the world around you.
What keeps you safe.
What earns approval.
What happens when you disappoint someone.
Whether it’s okay to take up space, ask for more, trust yourself, make mistakes, or change your mind.
Those patterns often began for understandable reasons.
They may have helped you navigate your life at one point.
But that doesn’t mean you have to keep living by them now.
We work with what’s actually there.
No forcing every problem into the same framework.
No digging into your childhood when it isn’t relevant.
No spending months talking around a problem when what you need is a decision and a plan.
And no pretending a better morning routine is going to solve something that runs much deeper.
We meet the problem where it is.
You leave knowing what's yours to do.
I’m not here to take over your life or build a coaching relationship that depends on you needing me.
I believe you are capable.
You have resources, wisdom, experience, and strengths that can be difficult to access when you’re standing in the middle of something hard.
Sometimes you need someone outside the problem who can see what you can’t see from where you’re standing.
I’ll help you separate what’s yours from what isn’t.
I’ll tell you when I think you’re solving the wrong problem.
I’ll ask the questions that help you hear your own answers.
And when you need practical strategy, deeper pattern work, or a combination of both, we’ll use the approach that fits what’s actually happening.
The goal is clarity.
About what’s actually going on.
What matters.
What belongs to you.
And what you’re going to do next.
You don't need to know how much support you need yet.
Every new private client starts with RESET, a focused three-session coaching experience.
Three sessions give us enough time to get underneath the presenting problem, understand what’s actually keeping it in place, and begin working with what we find.
For some people, that’s enough.
You get the clarity you came for, know what you want to do next, and go live your life.
For others, the work reveals something that would benefit from more time, support, or practice.
If that happens, we’ll talk about it together.
You can continue into a longer coaching experience designed for deeper pattern change, integration, and sustained support.
You don’t have to decide that now.
You don’t have to commit to months of coaching with someone you’ve never worked with.
And you don’t have to keep working with me simply because you started.
We do the work that’s useful. We continue when continuing makes sense.
This is for you if...
You’re capable, but stuck.
You’re tired of thinking about the same problem.
You’ve noticed that even when the circumstances change, you sometimes end up feeling the same way.
You understand something intellectually, but still find yourself reacting in ways you can’t seem to think your way out of.
You want someone who will listen closely enough to notice what you’re not noticing.
You want thoughtful questions, honest conversation, practical strategy, and the ability to go deeper when the problem calls for it.
You don’t want to be handed a formula.
You want coaching that responds to the person sitting in the room.
Start with what's happening now.
You don’t need to know what kind of coaching you need.
You don’t need to choose a method.
You don’t need to know how long this will take.
You don’t even need to know exactly what’s wrong.
Start with what’s bothering you.
Tell me what’s happening.
I’ll listen.
I’ll ask questions.
We’ll follow what we find.
Start with RESET.
