  I'm Rebecca Jackson, and I help people who are exhausted from performing, overworking, and trying to be who everyone else needs them to be.  If you're sick of the overstimulation, the reactivity, and the deep knowing that there's something more, you're in the right place.
After 35+ years as a pharmacist, including years working with HIV patients, I've seen how healing goes far beyond the physical. I've also lived it. Breast cancer at 39. Two divorces. Three kids, two granddaughters, and countless moments of asking myself: Who am I when I'm not trying to prove my worth?
The Wayfinder training didn't just certify me as a coach, it transformed how I see myself and what's possible. I came to this work because I needed it. Now I guide others through their own transitions and transformation.
I work with people who:
  • Know something needs to change but don't know where to start
  • Are navigating major life transitions (career shifts, caregiving burnout, divorce, aging)
  • Feel disconnected from their bodies and inner wisdom
  • Are ready to stop following external rules and start trusting themselves
My approach is simple but profound:
I ask powerful questions that help you find your own answers. I help you get back into your body, breathe, and trust what you already know. Together, we question the thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck, and we practice slowing down enough to hear your truth.
I use tools from the Enneagram, somatic awareness, and the Wayfinder method to create a grounded, compassionate space where you can finally stop performing and start living.
How we work together:
Primarily virtual sessions, with occasional in-person options in the St. Louis area. I keep my nervous system calm through yoga, meditation, and movement and I'll help you find your own practices too.

Where will we meet for sessions?
Most, if not all, sessions will be via Google Meet. You will need to upload the app on your phone or desktop. You will be sent a meeting invite after scheduling the appointment. Please be prepared and ready to start at our scheduled time in a quiet and non-interrupted space. If others are in earshot, please consider using headphones or earbuds.
