Clarity Coaching with Rebecca
About
Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach | ICF Associate Certified Coach
I'm Rebecca Jackson, and I help people who are exhausted from performing, overworking, and trying to be who everyone else needs them to be. If you're sick of the overstimulation, the reactivity, and the deep knowing that there's something more, you're in the right place.
- Know something needs to change but don't know where to start
- Are navigating major life transitions (career shifts, caregiving burnout, divorce, aging)
- Feel disconnected from their bodies and inner wisdom
- Are ready to stop following external rules and start trusting themselves
I ask powerful questions that help you find your own answers. I help you get back into your body, breathe, and trust what you already know. Together, we question the thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck, and we practice slowing down enough to hear your truth.
Primarily virtual sessions, with occasional in-person options in the St. Louis area. I keep my nervous system calm through yoga, meditation, and movement and I'll help you find your own practices too.

Testimonials
With Rebecca’s help, I was able to navigate a tricky divorce and learn how to reprioritize my needs, giving myself (and my body) some much-needed relief and peace of mind. She helped me not only make confident decisions, but also rest in them, which was new for me.
I especially appreciated learning about the body scans and mindfulness practices I could take home and use between sessions. They’ve become tools I rely on to check in with myself and recalibrate when life feels heavy.
Working with Rebecca gave me the structure, self-compassion, and courage I needed to rebuild with intention and to finally feel at home in my own body again.

Before our session, I was struggling with anxiety around moving, but after our session, I felt calm and reassured that I am on the right path for me. Coaching with Rebecca allowed me to access my body's wisdom to get to a deeply buried truth that I was needing to reach, but unable to get to. With Rebecca's patient, supportive guidance, and wonderful meditative voice, she helped me access this part in me and what it was trying to tell me-- which felt like utter freedom. The session was transformational, because I arrived feeling anxious, and left feeling grounded and calm. I highly recommend working with Rebecca, as she's a skilled transformational life coach!

"With Rebecca’s help, I was able to make peace with the fact that I’m not always able to do everything that is expected of me. She helped me realize that I myself am the one who is expecting me most to get everything done. She also helped me overcome my hate of grading. Rebecca consistently asks thoughtful questions that make you think. She is kind, quick to get to the point, and truly trying to help"

My ideal coach is someone who is wise, intuitive, has varied life experience and is non judgmental. This is how I would describe Rebecca.
I trust her approach, her intentions (which is huge!), her ethics and I feel free to show up however I am, in the moment with her.
As a fellow coach, Rebecca is at the top of my list to refer people to. I trust her completely, and anyone that works with her is fortunate.
Rebecca is authentic, honest, open, focused and compassionate. She keeps my goals in mind, and helps me with concrete steps to achieve them.
