Hi, Im Rachel Nelson a Christ follower, Wife, Momma, Coach and more. I became a Momma in Jan of 2025 and since then have learned so much through trial and error, lots of prayer, and honestly lots of tears to my husband, Jared just not understanding why some things happened the way they did.

Those include seeing my less than 24 hour old baby boy under uv blue lights and not being able to hold him due to jaundice levels to then at only 5 days old watching him being transported in an ambulance in a plastic box hooked up to all the things because those Jaundice levels spiked yet again. To then seeing him in the NICU for over 2 weeks with an infection.

I share these because if your start to the motherhood journey has not started anything like you thought it would I understand on even more levels than listed above.. lets not even think about the journey of breastfeeding and how it can be painful.
