I believe the wisdom we seek is often already within us—we simply need the space, safety, and support to reconnect with it.

I’m Dr. Rachael Muster, a somatic practitioner, coach, and lifelong student of the mind-body connection. With nearly two decades of experience supporting transformation, I help individuals move beyond simply coping and begin creating lives rooted in awareness, resilience, and authentic alignment.

Through The Settled Self, I blend somatic coaching, nervous system regulation, breathwork, EFT, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and embodied practices to support deep personal growth and reconnection.

My approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change happens when we learn to listen to the body, honor our experiences, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with ourselves.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, carrying stress and emotional patterns, or simply sensing that there is something more available, my intention is to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and transformation.

This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning home to yourself.
