“Where Emotional Agility Meets High Performance.”

About

Most leadership challenges aren’t about strategy — they’re about behavior.
I work with middle and senior managers who are transitioning into pivotal leadership roles that will impact the success of the organization. They will learn to lead with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence — especially in complex, fast-moving, and uncertain environments.

An Career growth and Life Coach with global experience, I help organizations develop emotionally intelligent, succession‑ready leaders, through one on one and group coaching. My focus is on improving Emotional Intelligence (EI) required for effective people management. EI practices lead to improved emotional resilience, self‑awareness, self-management, relationship management and the gravitas required in the professional world. I am able to guide my clients face up to a myriad of situational challenges such as  - Relocation transition for employee and family, job/position change, Layoffs, Family problems, and boss/co-worker conflict.

Specifically clients will be able to explore  topics such as -
Limiting beliefs which come in the way of performance
Move from a fixed to a growth mindset
Improve and acquire behavior skills to match the demands of their position
Analyze stagnation , plan and pursue hitherto unexplored options
Examine self-esteem and improve feelings of self-worth helping to dispel imposter syndrome

My work experience is diverse, having partnered with Fortune 500 companies based in USA and India, such as  JPMorgan Chase, PWC, and non profit organizations such as International Labor organization, Somerset County of aging NJ, Metropolitan Council MN Enfold Charitable trust (India), Rutgers University and Braven.
Besides coaching I also offer workshops on a tool for Emotional Resilience which is an outcome of my immersion EI focused research. The tool offers a framework that can be practiced with ease and incorporated in day to day situations, regulating intense emotions that could otherwise derail interactions and partnerships. This allows leaders to move beyond insight into practical, sustainable shifts in how they show up — in conversations, decision-making, conflict, and compassionate supervision.

My coaching style and strategies transform managers into leaders who can:

– Communicate clearly and handle difficult conversations
– Regulate emotions and lead with presence
– Build trust, accountability, and psychological safety
– Navigate ambiguity, change, and increased responsibility
– Grow into their next level of leadership with confidence

Emotional Intelligence refers to the information we have about our feelings, state of mind and the resulting behaviors we are habituated to.  This information relates to perception of ourself, others and situations. This perception in turn leads to how we express ourselves in and dictates our behavior. Our thoughts, feelings and behavior impact the quality of our lives. Anyone can take charge of their emotions by developing greater self awareness of their knowledge, experiences and beliefs.  This is what I help my clients with.

Testimonials

I liked how my coach encouraged me to reframe the situation.
While going through this experience, I learned how to ask myself and others
better questions. The coaching process is unique in that the coach does not give
advice, and you come up with it yourself. This way of questioning is not only
beneficial to me personally but also professionally, as I interview users to help
them and me understand how they think and why they feel the way they do.
