Testimonials

"Peggy has provided excellent support and high-level client service for a wide range of career topics and advice over the past year while I navigated a challenging employer and shifted into first-time self-employment. I enjoyed the casual yet professional environment she provided and am so grateful I was matched with her. She is knowledgeable, kind, and consistently a great listener and communicator throughout every session. She was a great guide and motivator during a stressful and new transition and I could not have made it through without her - she is awesome and I highly recommend working with her!"

- Evan

"Working with Peggy absolutely changed my life - because of her guidance I am living in a New City closer to family, have a new job that I love, had a baby (which I would not have done if I hadn't Moved and gotten a new job), and bought a house (which again, I wouldn’t be able to do without the former). All of this in the 2 years I was working with Peggy. She is an incredible coach - I truly can’t say enough good things."

- Ashley

"My coach, Peggy, was nothing short of amazing. I knew when I first talked to her that she was
the coach for me. She is so warm and kind. I felt like we had known each other for a long time.
She could see me and she heard me. The more we spoke the more I confident I felt. She
equipped me with tools and new knowledge about myself by asking me big questions that I
had never thought of."

- Richard

"Working with Peggy has taught me so much about myself, what I am capable of and how to utilize all my characteristics to reach my max potential. Whatever I needed, whether life or career advice, Peggy was always there to guide me. I left each session feeling stronger and more certain about my place in this world and I couldn't be more grateful."

- Ruth

"I worked with Coach Peggy who was so helpful and kind. From the moment I had my first consultation call, to my last coaching session, I felt supported and heard. Peggy really cares that she is giving you the most help she can and is full of suggestions to help you as well as questions that made me think deeper. I got so much out of my coaching time with Peggy."

- B.G.

"Peggy brought insights that I could not have achieved either by myself or through my circle of trusted people. Having her provide an objective view was vital."

- Lynn

"I feel that Peggy, my coach, has been incredible in supporting me and helping me sort through my competing priorities/unhelpful narratives/emotional and practical considerations. This was some of the best money I ever spent on myself, because it really has been investing in a future I now feel much more optimistic and focused about."

- Lindsey

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of coaching do you offer?
My work supports those navigating personal and professional growth from a holistic and purpose-driven lens. With additional certifications in trauma-informed coaching and organizational mindfulness, my coaching is effective for individuals and organizations.
Who do you typically work with?
I primarily coach corporate professionals, leaders, and conscientious individuals who are ready to live and lead with more clarity, intention, and alignment. Many of my clients are navigating burnout, seeking meaningful change, optimizing career paths, or building self-trust and confidence.
What is trauma-informed coaching?
Trauma-informed is an approach that honors your life experiences and how they shape your beliefs, behaviors, and nervous system. It’s not therapy, but it integrates sensitivity to past stress or trauma with tools that promote safety, empowerment, and sustainable growth. The focus is on personal development, self-worth, and resilience, which leads to positive change, overcoming challenges, and achieving your goals.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often targets healing from past wounds or mental health conditions. Coaching helps you clarify goals, identify patterns, build inner strength, and move toward your desired future. I hold a non-clinical, supportive space to help you shift your mindset, habits, and decisions in meaningful ways.
What is organizational mindfulness?
Organizational mindfulness brings neuroscience and mindfulness principles into the workplace to develop more effective leaders and a healthier, higher-performing workforce. It fosters psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and intentional leadership, resulting in a more inclusive, engaged, and productive work culture.
What can I expect from a session?
Each session is tailored to you. We'll start with what’s most present, whether it's a challenge, decision, or insight, and explore it with curiosity and compassion. We’ll use tools like mindful inquiry, somatic awareness, and practical reflection to support movement forward.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, burned out, unclear about your next steps, or seeking personal or professional growth, coaching may be a powerful next move. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore and grow.
What is your coaching style like?
Grounded. Compassionate. Insightful. I combine strategy with heart, integrating my background in finance, yoga, and mindfulness. I hold a safe space for you to be honest, seen, and supported. I can offer a structured approach as well as a free-flowing one, depending on what works best for you.
How long do people usually work with you?
It varies. Some clients work with me for a few months on a specific goal. Others partner with me for longer-term growth. We’ll find a cadence that supports your objectives and capacity.
Do you offer one-on-one coaching only?
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also offer group coaching and facilitate workshops around well-being, productivity, emotional intelligence, confidence, and mindfulness. Custom sessions for teams or retreats are also available.
What happens in the free consultation call?
The consultation call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to learn about your needs, address any questions you may have, and determine if we’re a good fit. You’ll leave with more clarity, whether or not you choose to move forward.
Can I work with you even if I’m not in a corporate role?
Absolutely. While many of my clients come from corporate or leadership backgrounds, I welcome anyone committed to self-growth and wanting to live more intentionally.
How do you conduct the coaching sessions?
We’ll be meeting on Zoom. We can also talk over the phone if that’s your preference.
What is your session cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend our meeting. I understand that life happens, and I'm happy to accommodate a one-time last-minute change to help you reschedule. Otherwise, sessions missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered used.
How do I get started?
You can book a free consultation call. I’d love to hear more about where you're in your journey and what you hope to accomplish through coaching.
