Hi there! I’m Dr. Patricia Marsh, a Caribbean-based physician, entrepreneur, digital health tech and operations professional for medical private practices.
Like many doctors, I once believed that working in a hospital or clinic was the only way to practice medicine and feel validated. However, I soon realized that long hours, capped income, and limited work-life balance were not sustainable. This led me to explore alternative opportunities, including private practice and digital health entrepreneurship.
Through my tech startup, Appy Solutions, my team and I developed digital systems to streamline medical operations, reducing inefficiencies and boosting productivity in our own ventures. Now, we help other physicians in private practice do the same.
We specialize in optimizing the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of medical practices, allowing doctors to serve beyond their physical location, increase revenue, and regain control of their time—without burnout or complicated technologies.
