Executive Coach & Leadership Advisor

Helping people led with more confidence, navigate challenges and succeed

About

Who Is Pam

As an executive coach and former hotel General Manager. I work with hospitality leaders who carry real responsibility for people, performance, and culture, and who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and steadiness in demanding environments.
I spent years in property leadership roles myself, managing up, down, and across while holding standards and navigating constant pressure.
I understand how quickly perspective can get lost when everything feels urgent and the expectations keep coming. I get it and I am glad you are here!
About Coaching
Coaching is your space. It really is.....
It’s a thoughtful, confidential space to speak openly, reflect honestly, and move forward with clarity. Coaching is not about knowing, solving, or telling. It’s about awareness, perspective, and deciding intentionally how you want to lead.
Our work together is led by you and thoughtfully guided. You set the agenda. I help you slow the noise, think clearly, and strengthen your leadership perspective.  It is a space focused on growth, not evaluation.

I had an executive coach when I was a General Manager, and that experience stayed with me. Coaching helped me grow into my own. Find my voice and my leadership style so that I could carry it forward as my career evolved.

That is the experience I aim to provide for the leaders I work with today.

I am so glad you are here and I am honored to be a part of your career and life success.

Testimonials

have had the pleasure of working with Pam for the last year. She has been an amazing mentor and coach and helped me work on becoming a better manager and co-worker. She takes time to listen and take all the information in, and then has helped me work on solutions for problems or find creative ways to improve the work environment. I could never thank her enough for all her help and encouragement and how she still helps me daily even when aren’t in a coaching session.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between your coaching for hotel professionals and your coaching for women?
While the focus and audience may differ, both are rooted in the same principles: clarity, growth, and purposeful action. WorkSmart Hospitality supports leaders navigating hotel operations and performance, while Midlifery™ is for women navigating the space in between—whether in career, identity, or ownership.
What can I expect from coaching with you?
A safe space to be heard. I want to listen more than talk in our sessions so that you can decide what you want to do.
You can expect that each session is personalized to your goals and grounded in my proven 4A Framework: Awareness, Alignment, Acumen, and Accountability. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most, develop leadership or life strategies, and ensure you're not in overwhelm but moving forward.
Who do you typically coach?
Incredible women -If you're in a season of growth, change, decision-making or stuck!
This space is for you. I am building a community of women you are ready to find power in the time and spaces that we decide are " the in between" or " meantime" so much is actually there!
How do I know if this is the right time for coaching?
There’s rarely a perfect time, but if you’re feeling stretched, stuck, or ready to grow, coaching gives you space to think and act with intention. If you’ve read this far, it might be the right time.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll receive a welcome message and access to your Paperbell client portal, where you can schedule sessions, access resources, and message me directly. We’ll kick off with a discovery call or first session tailored to where you are right now.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule a session?
Life happens! You can reschedule with 24-hour notice through your Paperbell portal. I just ask for communication and commitment to the process. If you need to cancel, send me a note and please reschedule as soon as possible. Our programs have time commitments, and I hold my time for you so please respect this request.
Do you work with companies or sponsors who pay for coaching?
Yes, I frequently partner with organizations that sponsor coaching for team members. I welcome sponsor input at the start, midpoint, and close of the engagement—while maintaining confidentiality with the client.
How do I get started?
Click the “Book Now” or “Schedule a Discovery Call” button on this page. You’ll choose your program, select a time, and start moving forward with clarity and support.
What if I’m still unsure?
That’s okay! Reach out to me directly. I’m happy to answer questions or guide you toward the best option—even if that means pointing you to another resource.
Is there anything that’s off limits in coaching?
Yes. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advising nor legal advice. While I create a safe and supportive space, I stay within my scope as a certified coach. If something comes up that’s outside my expertise—such as mental health concerns, trauma, or legal/financial advice. I’ll recommend connecting with a licensed professional. My role is to partner with you and help you make your own decisions and That’s not avoidance; it’s care.
What if I feel like quitting halfway through?
That’s more common than you think and often where the most growth happens. Coaching isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure, let’s talk about it. There’s always room to adjust the pace or revisit your goals. This space is here to support you, not pressure you. The one thing that I ask is do not just stop coming. Show up and we can talk about what is happening right now.
What if I don’t book my sessions or stop showing up?
Life gets full, but coaching only works if you make time for it. If I haven’t heard from you or seen session activity in over 30 days, I’ll check in once. If I don’t receive a response after that, I’ll assume you’ve chosen to pause or step away. You’re always welcome to return—but unused sessions don’t carry over indefinitely unless we’ve agreed in advance.
What happens if I don’t pay for my sessions?
Coaching is a commitment, and so is the payment. I ask that all sessions be paid in full up front, unless we’ve arranged a payment plan. If payment isn’t received by the scheduled due date, access to scheduling or ongoing sessions will be paused. I totally understand that circumstances can shift just communicate with me, and we’ll figure out the best next step.
Can I share the worksheets or resources you provide with others?
The resources, tools, and worksheets I share are created specifically for my coaching clients and intended for personal use only. Feel free to revisit them, reflect, and apply them in your own work—but please don’t repost, distribute, or use them to coach others without permission. If you’d like to share something, just ask. I’m always open to thoughtful collaboration or broader use when appropriate.
Do you partner with other experts or affiliates?
Yes—when it serves my clients well. While coaching is my focus, I collaborate with trusted professionals in areas like branding, finance, wellness, or organizational development when needed. If I believe someone else could add value to your journey, I’ll always share those resources thoughtfully. And no, I don’t recommend anyone I wouldn’t work with myself.
Do you accept referrals?
Yes—and I’m so honored when someone shares my name. Most of my clients come through referrals, and I consider it the highest compliment. If you send someone my way, please make sure they mention you. I always find a way to say thank you.
