I spent more than 20 years in the corporate world leading global teams, navigating organizational complexity, and mentoring and leading people through transitions at companies like Microsoft, Starbucks, and Accenture. I know what it feels like to be high-performing and exhausted at the same time. I've lived the transition you might be standing at the edge of. And I built Anchor + Ascend Collective because I believe that kind of experience real, hard-won, human experience is exactly what brings deep reflection to most coaching.

Anchor + Ascend Collective is where I now partner with professional women who feel stretched thin, stuck, or ready or not have a transition coming.  I help them reinvest in themselves, regain momentum, and move forward with more intention and ease. They already have the answer, I just give space to get there.
