Testimonials

I had never done coaching before, but was at a crossroads with my career decisions so thought it would only help me to have a coaching session with Nicole. From hello, she made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed from there. Nicole listens and asks open ended questions to make you think versus telling you how to think or what decisions to make. At the end, I was able to process out loud with her and had a clearer idea of my direction. She is not only an ear to listen and wise words, but does so in a way that makes it feel so natural and fluid. Whether you are at a cross roads in life, making a life decision, or just want to process out loud with a neutral person, I highly recommend reaching out to Nicole.

After working with Nicole for a few months, I was able to define my priorities to reach immediate goals in my life. I had a vision but felt overwhelmed. With Nicole’s support and accountability, I got the confidence to take the steps necessary to reach my goal. She helped me work through the intimidation I felt and my fear of failure, while recognizing the importance of my success for myself and my children. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to achieve all of this without her. Thank you for your insight, communication and knowledge, Nicole!

Working with Nicole was a turning point in my career journey. When I began coaching, I was navigating uncertainty and exploring new opportunities. Through our sessions, I gained clarity not just about my next step, but about what truly matters to me in a workplace. After several interviews and experiences—including time in a large, fast-paced bank environment—I came to a deeper realization about the kind of career and life I want. Nicole’s guidance and the reflection work we did helped me see that I thrive in community-focused environments that offer balance, not just a bigger paycheck. While my new position came with a pay adjustment, I now have something far more valuable: alignment with my values, a healthier work-life balance, and a clear sense of direction for this season of my life. I’m incredibly grateful for Nicole’s coaching, insight, and ability to guide me toward self-discovery. I don’t know exactly where I’ll be in 10 years, but I feel confident that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be right now—and that clarity is priceless.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?
While both coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
How long do the sessions last and how often are they?
A typical session lasts 50 minutes. Just like each client is unique, so are their sessions. A client may find they need a longer session or two sessions in the same week. Some clients want to meet weekly and some every other week. I recommend weekly initially.
How long do we work together?
We are all taking our own personal journey. Your journey depends on what you want to achieve and how quickly you get to your goal. Some people work with me for one issue then choose to continuing working with me on an on-going basis. It's completely up to you how long you want to work together.
Who makes the ideal client?
The ideal coaching client is someone who possesses the following:

*Having the desire or personal will to change

*Showing up with an open mind and curiosity

*A willingness to find your motivating factor for wanting to change

*Trusting your coach enough to be honest and open

*A willingness to surrender to the unknown and the unfamiliar

It is important to know that you don't have to be perfect in all areas. The first two points are the most important along with keeping a positive, open mind will lead to lasting change and success.
What kind of things will we cover in a session?
You are in charge of what we over in a session. Some people are looking to make behavioral changes, others are looking to overcome weaknesses. You might choose to work on developing new skills or moving past limiting beliefs. No matter what we work on, it is driven by you and the outcomes you would like to achieve. I will remain curious and ask questions to help you achieve the outcomes you are striving for.

You have likely spent years making sure your family has what they need, and now it's time to unpause and find your path.

You can expect to:

*Be challenged

*Be supported

*Be respected

*Be supported in finding solutions

*Learn about yourself
What happens in an complimentary session?
We will meet for approximately 30 minutes. The purpose of this call is to discuss your situation and find out what you are looking for. My goal is to make sure that I am a good fit to partner with you in the coaching process. I will answer all your questions that you might have for me.
What is your approach to goal setting?
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
What is the cost?
I have several different options. For more information on the rates for each package, please visit the Services page. Billing is made at the time a package is purchased or an appointment is made, and payment is required before the start of each coaching session.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash and online credit card are current forms of accepted payment at this time. You can ask about Venmo, if that is easier.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Coaching is a commitment. You are encouraged to keep your regularly scheduled appointments, as the results of our work together are cumulative. The best results usually happen because of your consistency and follow-through. Even if you feel unprepared, there is value to be gained from exploring what's going on. That being said, emergencies can happen to anyone; therefore, if an emergency keeps you from attending a session, a 24 hour late cancel policy is in effect. Should you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid being charged.
