I’ve lived both sides of the story — the drowning, the constant striving, the performing, the self-sacrifice — and the miraculous love that saved me, restored me, and taught me to love, live, and lead from my truest identity within.
This journey is born from lived experience, from walking with the Father through near-death, divorce, burnout, achievement, healing, and ultimately into abundance, peace, and identity.
I believe:
- Your body is not a problem to fix — it’s holy ground.
- You do not need to earn love — you already are love’s home.
- You do not need to strive for purpose — it grows naturally when you return to yourself.
- God is not distant — The Father is the breath in your lungs and the wisdom in your chest.
I coach with gentleness, power, presence, and deep love — helping you reconnect to the truth already inside you.

What is the structure of the program?
Everyone starts with the introductory Discovery Call to connect and determine if this journey is a good fit for both of us. The signature experience includes seven 1:1 sessions over 1-3 months. Plus optional monthly ongoing expansion sessions.
Do we follow the book?
Not required, and Our Bodies as the Garden of Eden is the anchor of the coaching. You are free to reflect on it, but not in a rigid curriculum way.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
24-hour notice is needed; otherwise the session is counted as used.
