I specialize in coaching high-achieving professionals ready to transform their strategy for managing challenging work and/or caregiving responsibilities to find peace and fulfillment with their choices.
My own journey has taken me through leadership and technology roles in corporate and non-profit organizations, including international teams, start-ups, and schools. I'm a parent, caregiver, and volunteer myself. My approach to coaching incorporates all of this background with formal training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) to help my clients lead, care, and find fulfillment in the face of intense and shifting demands at work and at home.
