About
Neuromystics™ is a coaching & healing arts practice for sensitive souls & divergent minds seeking resonance, community, and transformation.
We begin with a core truth: we are not broken. We are innately whole. We are innately sovereign and simultaneously interdependent with all that is. Yet systems of separation, such as ableism, colonialism, white supremacy, and anthropocentrism, can distort our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
Our offerings are for those who experience the world beyond the status quo of performing normalcy—neurodivergent, disabled, queer, or chronically ill, or those who simply don't resonate with oppressive societal norms. For those asking: Who am I beneath the roles and masks I've adopted for survival?
Neuromystics™ is a portal back to the truth that you are whole, wise, and woven into the web of life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is NEUROMYSTICS™?
What Is NEUROMYSTICS™?
Neuromystics™ is a coaching and healing arts practice for sensitive souls and divergent minds.
At Neuromystics™, we begin with a core truth: We are innately whole. We are innately sovereign and simultaneously interdependent with all that is.
Yet systems of separation, such as ableism, colonialism, white supremacy, and anthropocentrism, can pull us out of relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
Neuromystics™ offers an invitation to return to our authenticity, our bodies, our rhythms, our intuition, and our essential belonging.
Who We Serve
Neuromystics™ is for those who experience the world differently and those who don’t resonate with oppressive societal norms, systems, or expectations.
You may be navigating chronic illness or disability. You might identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, brilliant, or queer. You may be a creative, a student, a caregiver, an executive, a changemaker, a clinician, a healer, a parent, or someone who has spent a lifetime shapeshifting to meet the demands of the world around you.
Neuromystics™ offerings are for those asking: Who am I beneath the roles and masks I’ve adopted to survive?
Our Vision
As we face growing ecological challenges and social fragmentation, we need radically different ways of being in relationship with one another and the living world. We are living in a time that calls for divergent imagination.
Divergent ways of knowing, sensing, and imagining offer pathways toward futures rooted in mutual care and collective flourishing.
Our mission is to support people in reconnecting with their wholeness, attuning to their authenticity, and returning to reciprocal relationships with themselves, each other, and the more-than-human world—so that together, we can help cultivate communities rooted in integrity, care, and liberation.
Core Values
Multidimensional diversity is vitality
Biodiversity, along with neurological, cultural, ethnic, racial, spiritual, and ecological variation, forms the essential fabric of life itself.
We are ecosystems
Healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, with the Earth.
Nature as co-collaborator
When we acknowledge and build consensual relationships with our environments, we reinvigorate the laws of nature within us.
Wholeness is already available
We are innately whole. We are innately sovereign. We all need support in remembering our wholeness.

What type of coaching does Neuromystics™ offer?
Neuromystics™ offers individual and group coaching and energy attunement for divergent minds and sensitive souls–including but not limited to neurodivergent, queer, disabled, or chronically ill teens and adults.

Coaching here is trauma-informed and earth-guided.
You May Feel Drawn to Neuromystics™ Coaching If...
- You are tired of performing normalcy—shape-shifting, over-explaining, masking, or over-functioning to earn acceptance and belonging
- You are deeply attuned to everything and everyone, and yet feel chronically unseen
- You are navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, sensitivity, or disability and want support that honors your lived experience rather than pathologizing it
- You are moving through burnout, grief, identity shifts, or major life transitions and want grounded support while you find your footing
- You struggle to hear and trust your body's signals, intuition, needs, or internal sense of authority and direction
- You want to untangle inherited patterns—perfectionism, people-pleasing, ableism, or social conditioning—that no longer serve you
- You are exploring gender, sexuality, spirituality, or another dimension of identity and want space to feel what is authentic for you
- You find it hard to sustain rhythms, routines, or forms of care that genuinely support your wellbeing
- You want to navigate institutions, systems, and relationships that were not designed for your bodymind without losing yourself in the process
- You feel disconnected from ancestral lineage, cultural memory, or ways of living rooted in reciprocity and care
- You are longing to reclaim belonging—not by becoming more palatable, but by coming home to yourself and the wider web of life
Neuromystics™ Individual Coaching offers a return to your own inner ecosystem—a place where sensation, relationship, values, and ways of knowing are always whole and remembered.
Here, we are guided by the Earth. The Earth accurately perceives and mirrors our fullness without asking us to become more palatable to belong. Nature is at peace because nothing is pretending. As you come back into relationship with your own nature, each session becomes a space to see yourself through the eyes of the Earth—as a living ecosystem, inherently worthy of care, belonging, connection, and wonder.
What makes this coaching distinct is its refusal to pathologize, optimize, or reduce your experience to a problem to be solved. Sessions are neurodivergent-affirming, somatically attuned, ecologically grounded, and shaped by disability justice and liberatory frameworks.
Does Neuromystics™ offer therapy?
No. Neuromystics™ does not provide therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. This is not a medical or mental health practice.
Neuromystics™ offers present- and future-focused coaching and healing arts spaces for self-discovery, integration, and growth.
All Neuromystics™ offerings are trauma-informed. This means we recognize that trauma lives in the body and may surface while exploring identity, nervous system patterns, boundaries, or belonging. We hold space for what arises with care, curiosity, and without pathologizing.
If you desire deeper trauma processing or clinical mental health support, we are happy to refer you to skilled and affirming therapists. Coaching and therapy can work well together, as each supports different facets of healing and self-attunement. With your permission, we can also coordinate with your therapist.

Do I need a “formal” diagnosis?
No. You don’t need a diagnosis to access Neuromystics™ offerings. Self-identification, exploration, and lived experience are valid and respected here.
What happens in a session?
All Neuromystics™ coaching and healing arts sessions, except in-person retreats, are online. Sessions can be recorded (with your consent) for review and reflection. Each session is collaborative, adaptive, and shaped by your needs, intentions, and access preferences.
You can expect:
You can expect:
- Personalized flow – no prep required unless you wish.
- Adaptive tools – conversation, somatic practices, ritual, visualization, or sensory tools.
- Consent-based space – you choose what feels supportive.
- Comfort – you’re free to stim, move, lie down, take breaks or keep your camera off.
Is Neuromystics™ neurodivergent-affirming?
Yes. Neurodivergence—including but not limited to ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, OCD, altered states, plurality, BPD, sensory processing differences—is understood as a natural variation in human neurology, not something to fix or cure.¹²
In Neuromystics™ spaces, you do not need to mask, (over)explain, or adapt yourself to dominant cultural norms. Tangents, stimming, info dumps, silence, self-accommodation, and non-linear thinking are all welcome.
We define “neurodivergent” as a liberatory term for those whose sensory, cognitive, social, or emotional processing differs from culturally constructed ideas of “normal” or "neuronormativity"--a term that rejects psychiatric authority over our bodies and minds. This includes both formally diagnosed and self-identified individuals, as well as those whose neurology has shifted due to trauma, grief, or chronic illness.³⁴
We also recognize that “neurotypical” is not a biological baseline, but a cultural ideal founded within oppressive systems such as white supremacy, settler colonialism, and ableism.⁵ Naming oneself as neurodivergent in this context can be an act of resistance.

Yes. Neuromystics™ is a queer owned business and 2SLGBTQIA+ & MVPFAFF+ affirming space. We honor gender, sexual, and relational diversity.
Is Neuromystics™ anti-racist?
Yes. This practice is grounded in a commitment to anti-racism and decentering whiteness—not just in theory, but in practice.
As a white practitioner, I work with humility, accountability, and openness, recognizing both my privilege and my responsibility to dismantle harmful belief systems. I collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC clients/people of the global majority, with care and attention to power dynamics.
Conversations about race, ethnicity, identity, and systemic injustice are not only welcome; they are vital to our collective healing. Trust is built, not assumed. If I’m not the right fit, I will gladly refer you to BIPOC-led spaces and practitioners.

We do not promote weight loss, diet culture, or appearance-based ideals of health or wellness. Instead, we invite reconnection with the body as a wise, trustworthy guide. This includes honoring sensory needs, capacity changes, cycles of rest, and the body’s natural rhythms as valid ways of knowing and being.

Can we talk about disordered eating or ARFID in coaching?
Yes, with care and clarity around scope.
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for disordered eating such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). If you are in acute distress, at medical risk, or need nutritional or psychiatric care, we’ll refer you to qualified professionals.
That said, coaching can be a valuable space to explore how food, body image, and nourishment relate to your lived experience, especially if you're neurodivergent. Research shows that disordered eating—including ARFID, sensory-based aversions, executive functioning challenges, and interoceptive confusion—is more common for autistic folks.¹²³

Do I need to be spiritual to work with Neuromystics™?
No. Spirituality is not required.
Here spiritual means a sense of connection with something greater, nature, community, intuition, vaster self, or meaning. It does not have to involve religion or mystical beliefs. Neuromystics™ offers coaching and healing practices that center nature, embodiment, and relational awareness. For some, this may feel spiritual; for others, it may feel grounding or creative. Both are welcome.
We are not a religion or belief system. We work with people across the spectrum of beliefs, secular, scientific, religious, agnostic. Openness and curiosity are encouraged and nurtured.

Is Neuromystics™ “woo-woo”?
No. “Woo-woo” often describes things dismissed as ungrounded or unscientific.
At Neuromystics™, we honor the mystical as embodied and evidence-based. Contemporary physics, as well as ancient indigenous knowledge, confirms that everything in the universe—including you—is made of energy and vibration. Resonance and frequency aren’t just poetic metaphors; they’re measurable realities. From this lens, healing can be understood as a process of re-attunement—with your body, your relationships, and the wider world around you. Our work draws on frameworks that bridge science and cultural healing traditions:
-Somatic psychology & embodiment studies¹
-Polyvagal Theory²
-Environmental psychology³
-Medical anthropology⁴
-Ecopsychology⁵
-Disability justice⁶
-Queer ecology⁷

Is the founder of Neuromystics™ a “hippie”?
Nope. But I get the question. I do walk barefoot outside, occasionally twerk on hikes, and talk to plants like family. To me, that’s not strange; it’s relational joy.
I’m not a “hippie” and this is not a cult. There are no gurus here. No robes, no dogma, no dietary requirements, no secret handshake. Just real people gathering and navigating real life, together.
What I am is a coach, guide, and trauma-informed space holder, drawing on academic training, DEI research, somatics, and ecological healing.

What does “earth-guided” mean?
It means we honor the Earth as a co-collaborator in our daily lives. The planet is not simply a resource; it's a living relative that offers life, inspiration, and wisdom. You might be invited to notice your body as part of the larger ecosystem, explore seasonal rhythms, or connect with elements. No hiking required.
