Renea Scoble

Support for navigating life transitions with clarity and intention

About

There comes a point in life when the roles you’ve carried, the responsibilities you’ve managed, and the expectations you’ve met no longer fit the person you’re becoming. Life may look “fine” on the outside, yet something inside feels off—restless, disconnected, or quietly asking for more meaning and balance.
I work with people navigating this in-between space. Those who have spent years showing up for their careers, families, and others, and are now realizing it’s time to reconnect with themselves. My approach is grounded, practical, and compassionate—focused on helping you regain clarity, resilience, and a sense of harmony as you move into your next chapter.
For over 13 years, my professional work centered on leadership development and coaching, most notably as an Enterprise Coaching Program Manager and Leadership Development Specialist at NASA. In that role, I supported supervisors and emerging leaders through growth, pressure, and transition—helping them develop not just professionally, but as whole humans navigating stress, responsibility, and change.
I am a certified coach through Fielding Graduate University and a trained Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor through the McLean Meditation Institute, with additional certification in Mindfulness@Work. These experiences shape how I work today—combining leadership insight with mindfulness-based practices that support both emotional well-being and practical change.
My coaching is best suited for people who feel ready to slow down, reflect, and make intentional shifts—without overhauling their entire lives. We focus on small, meaningful changes that create momentum, helping you reduce the impact of stress, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with what brings peace, fulfillment, and vitality into everyday life.
If you’re in a season of transition and looking for steady support as you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and intention, I’d love to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Testimonials

I have had a great experience with my coach. She listens, understands, and asks thought provoking questions.

- L.

“Renea is not just an amazing coach but a truly inspiring and compassionate person. She is so full of positive energy and commitment to her craft. I believe her background and coaching philosophy helped guide me toward a more resilient future. We focused on a whole person concept, on how mind, body, spirit and external relationships are connected and impact performance. I learned to recognize stressors outside of work and address them in order to bring my best self to the workplace.”

- B.L.

“My coaching sessions with Renea were amazing! Renea is very easy to talk to and always provided great feedback. Our sessions were very beneficial to my development and I am thankful that I was able to have her as a coach!”

- B.F.

“Although working with Renea was my first coaching experience, she created a welcoming and safe environment in which I was able to open up from the very first session. Her expertise allowed us to have meaningful dialogue that promoted growth, and throughout my time in coaching the trust we built felt as if we had been working together for much longer. Renea’s professional background and certifications speak to her values and unique perspective, all of which helped me meet my coaching goals and continue the work beyond coaching to strive for personal and professional leadership.”

I really enjoyed the coaching aspect! I found it super helpful to reframe mindsets and it was really nice to get feedback and advice from someone not in my field.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a coach do?
A coach works with you to define your goals, identify obstacles, and create an action plan. They provide a non-judgmental, objective perspective and help you stay accountable to your goals. It is not therapy. If you have deeper issues like unresolved trauma or clinical depression, a coach will refer you to a qualified professional.

Why is life coaching so popular?
People are tired of doing what they “should” do and are ready to do something special and meaningful for the rest of their lives. Problem is, many can’t see it, or if they can, they can’t see a way to reorient their life around it. A coach can help them do both.
People are realizing how simple it can be to accomplish something that several years ago might have felt out of reach or like a pipedream. A life coach is not a miracle worker (well, they are, sometimes) but a life coach does have a large tool kit to help the Big Idea become a Reality. Fortunately, people now have time and resources to invest in themselves in this kind of personal growth.
Why does life coaching produce such rapid change?
Life coaching works for several reasons:
Synergy between the life coach and client creates momentum and enthusiasm. Better goals are set — ones that naturally motivate the client. The client develops new skills, which lead to greater success.
Coaching provides a structure of support. Left to our own devices, most people start out with the best intentions and then hit a snag and either get derailed completely or delayed for a long time. An accredited Life Coach can help you quickly bust through snags and inevitable road blocks in life so that more is accomplished with less struggle and less effort in a remarkably short period of time.
Objectivity. Your coach is an objective, positive supporter. Not everyone is lucky enough to have such a friend or colleague to provide this. If you’ve been doing it solo, try seeing how much more you can accomplish with your own personal coach!
