Before I started working with Michelle, I had tried several “diet” programs that eliminated most of the foods I loved. Michelle’s extensive experience, training, and care helped me heal from a bad case of Psoriasis through nutrition and NOT DRUGS. I was very scared when large areas of my body were covered with psoriasis.
The treatment plan not only healed me, but has also kept it away with my long-term nutrition, quality of life, and exercise plan.
The issue started when I stopped exercising during an injury, started eating more meat than normal, more alcohol than normal, and the stress created but the initial COVID outbreak and lock down.

The plan also included taking chemicals out of our bodies, and reducing stress levels with her guidance.
Michelle oversees my progress with a weekly tracking form that helps me keep track of my plan. This helps Michelle track my progress and make adjustments as
needed. It also keeps me accountable.
Michelle stays in contact throughout the week to monitor progress.
Michelle also helped through my recovery of COVID-19 in early 2021. She added vitamins and
supplements to my plan, adjusted the ingredients in my juices, and created a meal plan for recovery.
The most important part of working with Michelle is the mental shift in understanding that this is NOT A DIET and the support I have with her guidance. It is a healing, nutrition and lifestyle plan and change for life.
