I'm Miriam Williams, and I spent 25+ years in college and university administration, where I served as the steady voice and strategic mind behind programs, people, and projects. I saw the same truth repeat itself: when people are supported, organized, and connected in meaningful ways, they flourish. That insight shaped my calling.

I grew up a preacher’s kid with faith woven into daily life. Church taught me service, community, and purpose. Competitive sports taught me discipline, resilience, and a drive for excellence. That mix still fuels the way I coach, strategize, and lead.
