About
After years of working in public education, including roles as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Behavior Specialist, I founded Exhale Consulting & Coaching LLC in 2009 to share my insights and to support others in navigating challenging behaviors both personally and professionally. My passion for understanding the underlying reasons behind behaviors motivated me to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Since retiring from public education in 2024, after 32 fulfilling years in the field of education, I have fully dedicated myself to assisting fellow educators in exploring the complexities of challenging behaviors and teaching them proven and effective strategies to shape and change problem behaviors.
