About

Are you a frustrated, overwhelmed husband or wife who wants a peaceful home… but you find yourself snapping at your spouse or kids, shutting down emotionally, or quietly wondering if your marriage is in trouble?

And deep down, you’re scared that if you don’t figure this out… you might get divorced, negatively impact your kids, and stay stuck in a life you didn't sign up for and definitely don't recognize.

Maybe you're snapping at your husband during another tense argument, feeling unseen or unappreciated in your marriage, or lying awake at night drowning in anxiety, exhausted - and unable to turn off your racing mind. You feel the resentment building and you're wondering if you can ever get back to a happy place in your marriage again.

You might even feel dread before or after what should be routine interactions, but somehow it turns into an argument, leaving you stressed, weary, overwhelmed, and hopeless—like no matter how much you journal, talk about it, or even try therapy, you still feel like you're failing, trapped in the same patterns that's robbing you of peace.

How would it feel to wake up calm instead of already overwhelmed?

To communicate with confidence—without fear, shutting down, or second-guessing yourself?

To respond to your kids with patience and presence… and enjoy being with them, unburdened by stress?

To feel aligned in your marriage, grounded in your faith, and fully confident in your role at home?

To finally break the cycle - for real this time - and create the peaceful, Christ-centered home you've always wanted?

In just 10 weeks, how would you feel if you could finally relax into family dinners without that edge of anxiety, set a boundary and hold it with calm confidence, even when your spouse pushes back? How awesome would it be to laugh carefree with your kids, because you're able to communicate without drama, and build a home that's peaceful, intentional, and spiritually grounded? To be the rested, happy, engaged mom or dad who raises confident kids? ... with a Christ-centered legacy that lasts generations?

A lot of people think they need years of therapy, self-help books, medication, or venting to your friends to "fix" these painful problems. But what a lot of people don't know is that the real root may be an unhealthy emotional inheritance handed down generationally, where problems weren't really talked about let alone resolved; leaving you without a healthy template for conflict resolution, or how to set emotional boundaries, how to identify or express emotions, or how to communicate assertively.

That's why surface fixes fizzle and my Biblical + psychological research approach delivers lasting freedom where others fall short.

With The Peaceful Parent Method, you'll uncover those hidden generational patterns, regulate triggers on the spot, and claim confident boundaries that protect your peace—using practical tools blending Scripture's wisdom (like Proverbs 4:23's heart-guarding) with proven psychology for forever results.

As a narcissistic abuse survivor and a cancer survivor who's transformed dozens of clients just like you—I've helped them release guilt, realign their marriages (and in some cases leave their marriages if necessary), reclaim lost emotional energy, and build faith habits that stick. After working with me, my clients say they finally feel clear on their God-given roles, and empowered to lead their homes with joy. As a wife of 20 years, a mother to two terrific kids, an ICF Certified Coach, with a BA in Psychology, and a Master's in Labor Relations, it is my great pleasure to do this meaningful work.

Here's what to expect when working with me:

  • We will identify your emotional inheritance from your family of origin, develop deep self-compassion, and stop cycles that aren't serving you.

  • We will spot your stress cues and triggers, build tools to help you regulate your nervous system in real-time, and show up well for your kids. No more yelling or shame. The cycle will be broken.

  • We will work on communicating limits with grace and love (handling difficult conversations like a pro), freeing up headspace for fun, faith, family, and friends.

  • We will work to align your marriage with God's word, protecting against intruders, turning tension into teamwork and your home into a peaceful, Jesus-first haven where you can feel restored.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is your coaching program different from others (and therapy)?
My approach combines Biblical truth with psychological insight to create lasting, transformational change.
While traditional therapy can be valuable for processing past patterns, many women want more than understanding. They want practical tools and forward momentum. Coaching provides clear strategies, accountability, and actionable steps to create real change in the present.
In our work together, we’ll look at what’s been holding you back, but we’ll focus primarily on moving you toward the peaceful, connected life and home you’ve always wanted.
What if I've already tried other coaching programs and they didn't work?
That actually makes sense. Most people come to me after trying multiple programs or strategies that didn't stick long-term. The issue isn't the information (we live in the most informed time period in history), it was that you didn't have the personalized support, accountability, or underlying mindset work to make it sustainable over time. That's exactly what we'll focus on together.
How do I know if I'm ready for this?
You are ready if you're tired of staying in the same patterns that make you feel tired or frustrated, and you're willing to do the work to change them. You don't need to have everything figured out because that's what we'll do together.

The Peaceful Mother Method isn't for people who are looking for a quick fix, or who aren't willing to be honest with themselves. I'll be honest - this will take effort. But if you're ready to invest in yourself and take real action, then you're ready.
What if I'm not sure that the Peaceful Mother Method will work for MY specific situation?
I get it - everyone's situation is unique. That's exactly why my approach is personalized to YOU - this is not a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all program. I've worked with working moms, stay at-home-moms, divorced moms, moms who didn't have a good parenting template themselves - you name it. And while the details differ, the core transformation process works. The best way to know if it's right for your situation is to book a free 30 minute call where we can talk through your specific cicumstances.
What kind of results can I expect and how quickly?
Most clients start seeing shifts whithin the first 3 weeks - they have more clarity around behavior patterns, more confidence in their leadership role in the home, more energy overall for positive engagement with their kids, and they feel encouraged to keep going.
Bigger transformations typically happen around the 6-8 week mark. The speed depends on your starting point and how consistently you apply what we work on. I've had clients who have had major breakthroughs at the 6 week mark who build on that momentum, but everyone's journey looks different.
What happens if I don't see results?
I'm as invested in your results as you are - (my success as a coach depends on it, afterall). That's why we check in regularly to make sure you're making progress and adjust our appoach if needed. Coaching requires an honest partnership - I'll bring the expertise, tools, and support, but you'll need to show up consistently and do the work. If you're committed to the process, you will see results. And if at any point things aren't working, we will talk about it honestly and figure out what needs to shift.
Is your coaching program really worth the investment?
That’s a good question, and I’m glad you asked.

Coaching is a significant investment of money, time, and effort, so it makes sense to weigh it carefully. The real question is this: What will it cost you if you don’t address these patterns?

If you continue to feel distracted, disconnected from your kids, or weighed down by old habits, how much will that affect your family over the next year… five years… or a lifetime? What kind of parenting example do you want to pass down to your children and future generations?

This work isn’t just about the time we spend together. It’s about the clarity, skills, and lasting transformation you’ll carry with you for life. Most clients tell me it’s one of the best investments they’ve ever made in themselves.
What if I don't have time for this right now?
I hear that quite a bit - everyone is busy. But here's the thing: if you don't make time to solve this now, you'll keep spending time dealing with the same problem over and over. My programs are designed for busy people, and we'll work with your schedule. Most clients spend 2 hours per week and they quickly find that the time they invest actually creates more time and energy in other areas of their life. It's a multiplier (in the best way!).
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer payment plans to make this more accessible. You can pay in full or break it into monthly payments. I want you to invest in yourself without financial stress, so let's find a payment structure that works for you.
What's it like to work with you?
Clients describe me as empathetic, down-to-earth, and action-oriented. I hold space for where you are while also helping you move forward. I won’t just listen and nod; I’ll ask the tough questions, point out patterns you may not see, and gently but directly push you toward the results you want.
At the same time, I celebrate every win and offer support through the messy middle. My approach blends Biblical truth and Scripture with behavioral psychology, giving you both real talk and practical tools you can use right away. Most importantly, I walk in partnership with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to lead every session.
How long is the Peaceful Mother Method program?
The program is 12 weeks. This gives us enough time to create real, lasting change - not just superficial shifts that fade in a few weeks. Most transformations need at least 8-12 weeks to take root and become ingrained, and this timeline allows us to work through obstacles as they come up. (And they likely will - it's part of the process).
How often do we meet?
We will meet weekly for a 60 minute session via Zoom. Weekly session create momentum and accountability, so you're making consistent progress. You will also have access to me between sessions via email or text for quick questions or support.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens! - I totally understand. Just give me at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule. If you need to cancel with less notice, we will work it out on a case-by-case basis, though last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit that session.
Do you offer a free consultation (aka Discovery Call)?
Yes! I offer a free 30-minute Discovery Call where we'll discuss your goal, challenges, and whether we're a good fit to work together. There's no pressure - just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go. If it feels right for both of us, we'll talk about next steps.
Do you work with people outside of the United States?
Yes! I work with clients all over the world. All sessions are virtual via Zoom, and I'm happy to find a time that works across time zones. I'm based in Central Time andy typically coach between 10am-6pm.
What's included in the Peaceful Mother Method?
You'll get 12 weekly, 1 on 1 coaching sessions, access to my written resources, worksheets, recommended reading lists, and other exercises. You'll also get between-session support via email or text if needed. Everything is designed to give you the structure, accountability, and tools you need to create the peaceful home life and memories for your kids that changes worlds.
What if I want to continue working together after the program ends?
Many clients choose to continue our engagement with ongoing monthly coaching or renew for another round. We can discuss what makes sense based on where you are and what you need. I'm here to support you as long as it's valuable.
What happens if we're not a good fit?
If after our discovery call we both don't feel like it's a good fit, I'll be honest with you and I hope you'll do the same. I want you to work with someone who's right for your needs. If that's not me, I'm happy to point you in another direction if I can.
Do I have to be a Christian in order to work with you?
No, you don’t. However, my approach is deeply rooted in my faith in Jesus and incorporates Scripture throughout our work together. If you’re open to faith-based tools and perspectives, we’ll likely be a great fit.
