Lydia is a Board Certified Christian Life Coach (CPC) at The Adi Proejct. Over the last few years Lydia has worked with Teenagers and Young Adults to help them have a deeper connection with God in their trauma. Lydia has journeyed with them through suicidal ideation, self-harm, and life's transitions. Lydia has helped them reconnect with dreams, set goals and walk into their future. 

Due to personal experiences she has a passion to be a safe place for those who need it. Her work among youth in crisis at a non-profit coffee home, she learned that true freedom and healing comes from God. She is motivated to safeguard each individual's story to help them walk out the full call of God on their life.
