What can I expect to gain from joining the Collective?

How is this different from your private Facebook Group, Chosen Collective?
While Chosen Collective is open to all women for spiritual encouragement, the Leadership Collective is specifically for women in leadership roles—whether in church, at work, or as entrepreneurs. This group is for those ready to sharpen their influence, connect meaningfully, and be held accountable for leading well.
How does the Collective work?
When you join, you commit to six months of growth and accountability. You’ll experience:
Six 90-minute monthly Zoom calls on the 3rd Wednesday of each month
Group and Individual Text Support.
Exclusive access to the Iron Vault—my treasure trove of coaching and spiritual resources.
An invitation to a private Women’s Soul Care Retreat (separate cost).
After six months, you can choose to continue at a discounted rate. And remember, the first month comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee—so there’s no risk in trying it out!

How are the monthly Zoom calls structured?
Our calls are relaxed and welcoming. This isn’t about putting on a show—it’s about being. Each month, we’ll explore a different topic through intentional conversations, Spirit-led moments, group coaching, and Q&A. You can show up as you are and leave inspired end empowered!
What’s the difference between the group-only option and the group + private one-on-one option?
The group option gives you all the benefits of the Collective. If you want more personalized direction, the group + private option adds two one-on-one Zoom calls with me—one at the start and one at the end of your six months—to set goals and reflect on your personal growth.
Do I need leadership experience to join?
Not necessarily. If you’re in a role where you guide or influence others—whether through decision-making, delegating, or collaboration—you’re a leader. Experience is not required, but a willingness to grow and connect is!
What if I miss a Zoom session?
No worries! Every call is recorded and saved in the Iron Vault for you to catch up on when it works for you.
Can I join mid-program?
Yes, you can! Your six-month commitment starts when you join, so you won’t miss a beat.
Is there a refund policy?
Sort of. You can cancel your membership within the first 30 days if you feel the Collective isn’t the right fit for you. While payments already made are non-refundable, your subscription will be canceled, and you won’t be charged moving forward.
What happens after the initial 6-month commitment?
You can keep going at a discounted rate or move on with the tools and growth you’ve gained. The choice is yours!
