I’m Dr. Nashay Lowe, a conflict transformation practitioner and communication strategist. My work focuses on how patterns shape the way we respond in moments of tension, and how those patterns can be changed with intention and practice.

I’ve spent my career studying and working across different cultural and professional contexts, from international research to education and community-based work. Across these environments, one thing remains consistent. Conflict is not the problem. The way we respond to it is.

Through my work, I help individuals and teams move from reactive communication to more thoughtful, grounded responses. My approach combines research, real-world experience, and structured frameworks to support lasting change, not just temporary insight. 

These sessions are designed to help you slow down, look closely at your patterns, and begin responding in a way that better aligns with who you want to be.
