Your ordinary life, lived with intention and openness, is the most extraordinary thing you have.

About

I didn't arrive here in a straight line.

It took me six years to finish college, trusting myself through every pivot. I spent over a decade as a career nanny, intimately woven into the lives of families, tending to homes, caring for children, learning what it means to create spaces that genuinely nourish the people inside them.

I didn't know it then, but I was already doing the work.

In 2020 I lost my youngest brother unexpectedly. Two days after buying my first home. Grief arrived the same week the world shut down. And so I renovated, tearing things apart and putting them back together, rebuilding myself one room at a time inside a home that held me while I learned how to hold myself.

Through grief I found signs. Through loss I found expansion. Through the hardest thing I've ever lived through, I discovered what it actually means to be alive.

That discovery is what I now share every Thursday in my letters, and what I bring into every Alignment Session.

I believe your ordinary life, lived with intention and openness, is the most extraordinary thing you have.

I'm here to help you find it.

With love and light,
