About
What is a Divorce Coach?
A Divorce Coach is both a sounding board and thinking partner, guiding individuals through the practical, emotional and strategic complexities of ending a marriage. Divorce Coaches listen deeply and without judgment, helping clients define their goals and walk alongside them through the process. Coaching is future-focused, emphasizing questions such as, “Where are you now, where do you want to go, and how can we design a path forward together?”

Why a Divorce Coach?
Engaging a Divorce Coach early in the process of divorce, or even when considering divorce, can make a significant difference in navigating overwhelming emotions and practical challenges. A Divorce Coach serves as a guide to help clarify priorities, and get organized to make decisions about things like dividing assets and co-parenting responsibilities. They can provide support throughout the entire divorce transition—from the uncertainty at the beginning, to finding new ways to adapt and rebuild life afterward.

About Me
After spending over 20 years in Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Change Management, I found myself ready for a change. That's when I discovered coaching. I was inspired by a Senior Leader I worked with who also happened to be a certified coach. She had an amazing ability to bring out the best in everyone around her, and I knew I wanted to do that too.
So, I enrolled in a Leadership & Performance coaching certification program, thinking I would bring these new skills back to the corporate world. But along the way, I was intrigued by coaching in the divorce space, especially given my extensive personal experience. I discovered Divorce Coaching was a real thing, and set out to get accredited. When I found the Certified Divorce Coach program, I knew it was meant to be and I had found my purpose.
Now, I’m thrilled to combine my lived experience with divorce and co-parenting, my coaching education and my change management background to support others on their own divorce journeys. I'm here to offer the support and guidance I wish I had during my own experience and I’m genuinely excited to help others navigate this journey with compassion and understanding.
