Ms. Lindsey was in charge of teaching my son Literacy and Math. To be honest, I have never seen a teacher so devoted to students. The hyperactivity of a young child, plus the inability to memorize the lesson and still at the time of learning online, how difficult it is. From the bottom of my heart I am extremely grateful to Ms. Lindsey when I watch her patiently teach my son word by word, and every day repeat, repeat the same lesson with patience and make it fun!

Lindsey was absolutely phenomenal in supporting him not just with his learning, but also as his advocate at school. She ensured that his needs were heard, we were shared relevant information/requests for available/potentially applicable services, and all stakeholders were communicating off/online to best facilitate his learning.

As a result of working with Lindsey, he is striving in the classroom, Learning Support Program and out-of-school programs but it is not without its challenges. And it is during those times that we appreciate Lindsey more. For her warmth, compassionate interaction, and empathetic approach, we continue advocating for him with strength and resilience in our ongoing neurodiverse learning journey.
