With more than 20 years of global leadership experience in strategy, sustainability, communications, mentorship, and social impact, I’ve spent my career using systems thinking to create meaningful, lasting change. Today, I bring that same strategic approach to health and wellbeing coaching: helping women turn intention into sustainable action.

As a lifelong athlete, wife, mother, executive leader, and wellness advocate, I understand the realities of balancing ambition, achievement, and wellbeing. My approach is grounded in my ABCDEFs of living Life in Motion: our Actions, Behaviors, Choices, and Decisions shape our Experiences and ultimately our Future.

From marathon training and competitive tennis to waterskiing and living a Blue Zones-inspired lifestyle, I strive to live what I coach. Because the goal isn’t simply to add years to your life, it’s to add life to your years.

How do I book sessions?
Booking is simple. Select the coaching package that's right for you, complete your purchase, and you'll receive instructions to schedule your sessions at times that work best for your calendar.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
Most coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meets or Zoom, allowing you to participate from wherever you are, and is time efficient. Limited in-person sessions may be available for clients in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area as schedules permit.
