Libby DeRosa has a rich and diverse background in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and business coaching. A dedicated mother to triplets plus one just 15 months later—and now, a proud Nonnie to 17 grandchildren all under age 7—Libby’s life is marked by passion, hard work, and a deep commitment to supporting others. She began her career as a Physical Therapist, advancing to Director of Therapies, where she developed expertise in leadership, operations, and coaching.
Libby’s real estate journey began with buy-and-hold investments early in her marriage. Later, she and her husband developed, owned, and operated a KOA campground for over 15 years. Libby played a key role in managing finances, elevating customer service, and identifying market demands, transforming the campground into a thriving destination park recognized among Michigan’s Top 10 campgrounds by RVShare and consistently awarded KOA’s Founder’s Award for excellence. Their steady growth positioned them to successfully sell to KOA’s corporate headquarters in 2021.
Today, Libby focuses on passive real estate investments, including notes, private money lending, oil and gas, and mobile home parks. As a coach, she brings her entrepreneurial spirit to small business owners, guiding them to achieve profitability and build ventures aligned with their goals and values.
