About

Unlock Your Potential, Achieve Your Goals, Break the Asphalt

I work with individuals ready to move from where they are to where they want to be. Together, we tackle the questions that matter most:

 • Where do you want to be?

 • Who do you want to become?

 • What’s holding you back?

 • What would it look like to overcome those challenges?

 • What have you tried that hasn’t worked?

In our first conversation, we’ll start finding answers. From there, we’ll embark on a journey tailored to your goals and aspirations:

 • Sometimes, we take a direct path to your goals.

 • Other times, we redefine success to aim for something greater.

As your coach, I won’t do the work for you or act as a consultant handing over answers. Instead, I’ll help you unlock your potential and guide you toward meaningful results.

Real Results My Clients Have Achieved:

 • Transitioned from unfulfilling careers or relationships to lives of purpose and higher earning potential.

 • Reached new levels of professional growth, earned promotions, and excelled in leadership roles.

 • Rebuilt confidence after setbacks and landed dream jobs.

 • Made successful mid-life career changes aligned with values, skills, and passions.

 • Identified blind spots to become more effective and inspiring leaders.

 • Set boundaries at work and in life without sacrificing performance or results.

 • Increased influence, created greater impact, and advanced their careers.

If you’re ready to create meaningful change and achieve your goals, let’s start the conversation.

Testimonials

Lenn is a fantastic coach. 10/10 would recommend.

It has made a huge difference in my career to have someone in my corner who understands the unique pressures of Product Management. He has supported me through both difficult times and periods of high growth. He brings empathy, wisdom, and understanding to every situation. While also meeting you at your level to provide actionable advice sourced from his own experiences.

I am grateful for the impact he has had on my career and overall life.

Lenn has been my coach for the past year + and has been instrumental in my development as a leader. He's been a trusted ally and advisor as I navigate what I want in my career, where I want to go, and how I want to grow. He's made me open my eyes to areas I need to improve on and areas I really excel at and has been a true motivator. Lenn has real-world experience having held many executive leadership positions in his career, which enables him to take a very personalized and humanistic approach to support his clients. I highly recommend Lenn.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a coaching last?
It's really important that there is a good fit between client and coach. One way to get an indication of this is an initial no-commitment and free discovery call.

If after that call we both agree that we can work together, I will I present coaching package options to meet your needs.

I recommend a 9 sessions together for a start. In my experience, this gives a good amount of space to make meaningful progress.

After the initial course of OTTY, I sometimes recommend clients go for a second round. It's a wonder what comes up! A number of clients continue to take OTTY as a refresher every few years. Despite having been through it before, they discover new or deeper understanding of what it means to have a creator orientation in life.

At the end of the day, it all depends on you. You're in charge. If you wish to continue coaching but not go through OTTY again, there are several bespoke support options available. If you wish to take a break or not continue at all, there's no explanation required. You do you.
What should I expect from coaching? I have never worked with a coach before.
Coaching is a collaborative process focused on unlocking your potential and achieving your goals. You can expect: A safe, judgment-free space to explore challenges and aspirations. Thought-provoking questions and actionable strategies to reach your goals. Support and accountability as you work toward meaningful change.

Coaching is not therapy or consulting—I help guide you toward your own solutions and insights. What I find is through coaching, people often come to their own answers and developing self-trust, although tricky sometimes, can occur in the course of the coaching. Other welcome consequences through such consistent personal work is self-empowerment, a greater ability to focus on what matters and let go of what doesn't, to name a few.

Ultimately, I can offer options, you make the choice. I can suggest actions, you take them.
What are your criteria for choosing to partner with a client?
Coaching is a unique relationship and requires a level of alignment, connection, and trust to work best. I give my all to each of my clients and the best kind of dynamic is when the clients, too, are willing to give their all to 'the work' that's required.

Here is what I look for in each of my clients:

1.) You have a clearly articulated end state for what you want out of coaching and you know what is at stake if things remain as they are.

2.) Your end state must be net positive for the world and our values aligned, both in the way you get there and where you intend to go.

3.) You are coachable. That means being willing to explore alternative perspectives and take small action towards making any shift that would bring you closer to your intended result.

4.) You must be ALL IN on your goal. This means believing in the beauty of your core desire and dreams once you clear the dust off of them.

5.) We respect, and believe in each other.
